Note that this restaurant is under new management Shawarma Taj and has a new menu, though it may still be using the old Hawilo Grill Google account possibly because of their good reputation.

During my visit, the food was okay, and they initially messed up our order. They offered to replace the incorrect item but I suggested keeping the wrong item to avoid food waste and asked for a bill adjustment, they simply agreed without further comment.

OMG. Hands down one of the best burgers I've EVER had!! They ONLY use Ribeye cuts, and they grind the steaks adding SEASONING the night before!! It's cooked over the grill, charbroiled and from the very first bite you realize this is nothing like you've ever had!! The fries are fresh and since they use the whole potato, they actually scrub the skin! New FREQUENT customer right here!!

Tried Hawilo Grill today for the first time with my mother. She is an extremely picky eater and said this was the best Shish Tawook Sandwich she has ever had. I myself can only agree. You MUST come here. Excellent quality food. Thanks to those working there!
