On Sundays kitchen closed from 4-6 but they close at 10pm. The bar isn’t open, you have to have a reservation to seat there. I sat at the bar and 4 people, even a woman who looked like a manager, didn’t acknowledge me the first 5 mins sitting at the bar. I had to ask someone how everything worked for the day, seeing someone else at the bar with a reservation sign in front of them. I was excited to go there.

I came to this establishment today for a friend's birthday party, and the ambiance was really nice. It was very chill, comfortable, and great music. This establishment isn't kid-friendly or have outlined options for dietary restrictions. The manager provided the birthday girl with a slice of cheesecake, that looked delightful.The truffle fries weren't served with the aioli sauce as it should've been, but I'm assuming that it was still good because they finished them- or just hungry. Some people in our party were vegan and there weren't many options. The top of the evening would've had to been the customer service that was provided by Meka. She comped my drink, since I never received my food. Which is something she totally didn't have to do. She was very sincere and apologetic, and the main reason that I'll be visiting this establishment again. She was very heartfelt that 2 people in our party didn't receive their food as ordered. Although our server was very sweet, she may have lacked some communication with the kitchen. This establishment isn't kid-friendly or have outlined options for dietary restrictions. Listen guys! I’m speaking to my Detroit natives and my tourists.. this place is the place to BE! Yesterday I visited this establishment and I had ‘what I thought’ was the best experience but after returning for seconds the VERY NEXT DAY… I’d have to say that each time I visit the experience gets better and better. I absolutely love this place. Not only because it’s black owned but because they stand on straight business. The food was exceptional And you can tell that they take pride in providing quality service. I order the pasta 10/10, the sweet & spicy shrimp 10/10 & the chicken sandwich 10/10.. no exaggeration.. yeah so check them out

The waitress I had was sweet we got there at about 8:00 didn’t eat til about 10 it’s a very small restaurant with only 2 restrooms the drinks are nasty well the blueberry martini was the one I had . The food was nasty I had the salmon and rice the rice was mushy I so was pissed off crab cake was even nasty and was 23 dollars was small and smashed like a grilled cheese they need to update the online menu they’re advertising things they don’t have in the restaurant and the other waitress are very rude

It's a cute spot but there's much to be desired. The staff was friendly but the kitchen is slow. Also they just miss the mark in several areas...the short rib was too fatty and salty, my shrimp were burnt.I wanted to love it but I just can't. Expensive menu prices that don't match the quality.
The food was good but I was so pleased at the customer service. Everybody was so nice and checked on us whether we were their guest or not. I have plans to do other gatherings there really soon.

I had a very distasteful experience here. I came on a friday and walked in alone to get brunch. I proceed to tell the waitress that I might have a friend join me later but I that i would still be able to order everything. She proceeds to tell me that she’s too busy even though there was only 4 tables in the building and another server available. I waited over 40 minutes to get water, the server proceeded to put trash on my table from another table and use the table i was at as a desk to put things on while i was sitting there. When the server came to take my order she proceeded to tell me that she would prefer to sit down and that her feet hurt even but that she “might as well take me order even though she’s tired”. I ordered my chicken and waffles for it to come out 35 minutes after ordering it and my drink took over 30 minutes to make as well even though there was no one at the bar and all the other tables were getting drinks constantly. My friends bellini took over 30 minutes to come out even though it’s just a wine cocktail ? and her chicken and waffles were extremely salty. At the end we still tried to give this place the benefit of doubt but when the bill came it took over 10 minutes to get my card back for her to only bring the receipt with NO CARD. I ask the server where my card is and she says she probably dropped it and will be back. She then goes behind the bar for 10 minutes to laugh with coworkers and not bring back a card until i stare and ask where is it ? Moral of the story this place does not respect its guests and will treat them like however since there’s auto gratuity. I would never come here again out of my free will to spend over $50 for brunch and bad service.

Came out for a celebration of 9 registered nurses group, we wanted a place to relax celebrate us, with some good food and drinks. We were not disappointed, a delay in wait time but service made up for it, highly recommended our server Destiny was outstanding, food was delicious crab cake seasoned to perfection, the steak melted like butter! And the cocktails! A+ Excellent all the way around, I love that owner came out and greeted each table.

The vibe in here is really nice. We made reservations for dinner. IVY has been on me and my husband’s restaurant bucket list. Sadly, we were disappointed. The service was so so slow to the point of people walking out. I understand that there may have been staffing issues but didn’t seem like it. Restaurant wasn’t the least bit packed and I saw quite a few waitresses. My husband ordered the soup. He wanted that because we saw it on TikTok and it came in a large bowl. When our food arrived (finally), it came in a tiny bowl. My food was amazing! Get the Cajun pasta and add a salmon filet. Our waitress was so sweet but good Lord she was slow. We waited forever for our appetizer and waited forever for our drinks. Would I go again? No. I do hope your experience is better than ours.
