My last experience wasn't so great however I have been patronizing this restaurant for over 25 years this had to be a new employee and that's fine however employees allow me to share something with you as a customer customers don't want to hear what you can't do nor what we can't substitute sugar coat just a tad bit unfortunately we won't be able to do that unfortunately we're not allowed to do that you know just kind of be a little more respectful...

Poor customer service skills by the lady cashier who tends the window. She has a very nasty attitude and she berated me as I was trying to respond to her questions confirming my order. Then has the nerve to accuse me of an angered attitude and mannerism? 😂 The shenanigans are endless here. She said she never took my order over the phone and I said well ma'am you're the one tending to the window confirming it when I have already confirmed my order over the phone....

This was a great place when I grew up in Detroit so much to now when I visit the state, I have to visit it. Twice a year I visit and get several pizza's, catfish nuggets, and rib tips dinner. Great food to be had.
