This place is a joke! Worst customer servic! EVER!!!! Ordered a pizza over an hour and a half ago online. Their website said 45 to 60 minutes. That was over 90 minutes ago. So I called up there and they said it would be here at 10:10 and that we would get a phone call still no phone call. You call up there and all I want to give you is a bunch of excuses and that I should have assumed it would be longer considering it's a weekend. I'm sorry would have sufficed. I don't need to hear what the problem is with your place and a bunch of excuses as to why my pizza isn't even on the way. Tell me what you're going to do to fix it don't give me a bunch of excuses don't cut me off mid-sentence and don't talk over me. I'm the customer there's an issue just tell me what you're going to do to make it right. Very unprofessional. Whoever the manager is should be fired! Disappointed

This Jet's Pizza makes very good pizza! I order the Four Corners pizza with extra pepperoni and they always put extra pepperoni like I asked them to!

The customer service young lady was very nice but the manager was nonchalant about me being a customer he said all the customers are important he didn't care about my food being cold when it was delivered after I waited almost 2 hours for my food to be delivered I said don't talk to me like that he said he wasn't talking to me any kind of way then he said that he would make mine a priority as much as possible because this is the first of the month and they have a lot of orders going out and there's only two drivers that's understandable but we ain't as paying customers are supposed to be accommodated and I tried to be as patient and considerate as possible wow so when I got my other order it's the wrong Pizza and they have the nerve to ask for the wings back because there was not any drumsticks in there they gave me all Wing parts and I asked for mine to be well done they never do that the second order was the wrong Pizza and the first order was cold and the wings were half done they weren't even Brown SMH and the pizza was wrong I do not even eat they had bacon on my pizza and I'm allergic Jets on East Jefferson really has fallen off since the white manager that I've known for years is gone now I sure didn't want to see him go because he made sure that I was satisfied as a customer and he was always nice polite and considerate and the wings does not taste good anymore either I used to love their wings no seasoning on them they taste Bland so I guess I'll keep on getting my wings from Little Caesars which are delicious and the only reason why I don't buy pizza from there is I don't think they make chicken pizza but I'm going to find out but I love Just Pizza the best I don't know how it taste now cuz I don't even have my order yet this will be the third time that I had to try to get my order all they want to do is make sure you send the food back no apology no keep the wings on the strength of my inconvenience or anything it is sad SMH

I called to make a complaint about the nasty Pizza that was sent to my home the night manager was very rude I can't believe I called the store so many times and they did not answer!! I will be contacting your corporate office the disrespect in the city is terrible do not take a chance in order from this location I had a bug in my food

Tonight I ordered a small deep dish with 3 toppings, 8 piece barbecue wing, and a Greek salad. After waiting nearly 1 1/2 hours we received the delivery, the pizza and wings heat wasn’t protected. The food cold, it was for me, my 12 year old granddaughter and my 1 year old grandson, I fixed our plates that was waiting on the delivery, my first couple bites the food was extremely cold and bread hard. I tried to eat it, however because the pizza & chicken was cold it also made them hard. I called Jets and asked for management, the call went down hill, the manager who I was told name was Sam, immediately got on the phone with me and stated “ I am not giving you a refund”! I attempted to explain I didn’t ask for a refund me and my family are hungry, I’m 3 minutes from the Jets location, the food should not be old and cold, I was put on hold without warning where I remained for 10 minutes idol, no one picked the call back up, I hung up and called back, however, they took the phone off the receiver and it stayed busy until they closed. I am so disappointed from the way I was treated, we order from jets, but this may have been my 3rd delivery! I never received a call back with any attempt to resolve the issue because this is now African Americans treat each other! I never wanted a refund! What I wanted was for the food to be eatable, I paid nearly $40 and was given scraps. The way I was treated Is with a total lack of customer service, poor communication and a total disregard for my circumstances! The pizza looks cold and old. I’m disappointed at how this was handled and I Sure I am not the only person who’s treated this way.

I order my pizzas from this location quite regularly. I usually order a Eugene Supreme w/pepperoni. This particular time the person that took my order claimed she did not hear what I said when I ordered. I stated my pizza order twice to her. She placed an order for a 4-square pizza w/pepperoni. When I contacted the store they sent me the wrong pizza the manager (he said he was the manager) wanted to charge additional money for the incorrect pizza. He would not discount or waive the additional cost for sending me the wrong pizza and then hung the phone up on me. Horrible customer service!
Cooked to perfection, turbo crust, extra sauce at the Lincoln Park location. Yummy with a good amount of cheese. I would only suggest fresh mushrooms.
