Poor service. Slow. I know jets is always slow. But it took 2 hours to get my pizza and bread delivered, then they showed up forgetting the two liter I ordered and had to go back to the store. It’s now 2 and a half hours since I ordered and the driver hasn’t returned. First and last order from this store. The food was fine, but the experience was (and currently still is) pitiful.

I have been a fan of jet pizza since I discovered it. They had the buffalo chicken ranch pizza. I have been eating that pizza in that pizza only I will get Greek salad that would be it for me however, everyone who I introduced to this type of piece of love it is good hot. It is even better cold without being warmed up.
This place is a joke! Worst customer servic! EVER!!!! Ordered a pizza over an hour and a half ago online. Their website said 45 to 60 minutes. That was over 90 minutes ago. So I called up there and they said it would be here at 10:10 and that we would get a phone call still no phone call. You call up there and all I want to give you is a bunch of excuses and that I should have assumed it would be longer considering it's a weekend. I'm sorry would have sufficed. I don't need to hear what the problem is with your place and a bunch of excuses as to why my pizza isn't even on the way. Tell me what you're going to do to fix it don't give me a bunch of excuses don't cut me off mid-sentence and don't talk over me. I'm the customer there's an issue just tell me what you're going to do to make it right. Very unprofessional. Whoever the manager is should be fired! Disappointed

This Jet's Pizza makes very good pizza! I order the Four Corners pizza with extra pepperoni and they always put extra pepperoni like I asked them to!

The customer service young lady was very nice but the manager was nonchalant about me being a customer he said all the customers are important he didn't care about my food being cold when it was delivered after I waited almost 2 hours for my food to be delivered I said don't talk to me like that he said he wasn't talking to me any kind of way then he said that he would make mine a priority as much as possible because this is the first of the month and they have a lot of orders going out and there's only two drivers that's understandable but we ain't as paying customers are supposed to be accommodated and I tried to be as patient and considerate as possible wow so when I got my other order it's the wrong Pizza and they have the nerve to ask for the wings back because there was not any drumsticks in there they gave me all Wing parts and I asked for mine to be well done they never do that the second order was the wrong Pizza and the first order was cold and the wings were half done they weren't even Brown SMH and the pizza was wrong I do not even eat they had bacon on my pizza and I'm allergic Jets on East Jefferson really has fallen off since the white manager that I've known for years is gone now I sure didn't want to see him go because he made sure that I was satisfied as a customer and he was always nice polite and considerate and the wings does not taste good anymore either I used to love their wings no seasoning on them they taste Bland so I guess I'll keep on getting my wings from Little Caesars which are delicious and the only reason why I don't buy pizza from there is I don't think they make chicken pizza but I'm going to find out but I love Just Pizza the best I don't know how it taste now cuz I don't even have my order yet this will be the third time that I had to try to get my order all they want to do is make sure you send the food back no apology no keep the wings on the strength of my inconvenience or anything it is sad SMH
