First time coming to this Jimmy Johns, only about my second time ever having it. The team here was amazing! I had a small miscommunication about my sub and they completely remade it for me!!! The employee who took my order even remembered exactly how I ordered it! I was blown away with the service here, highly would recommend & the sub was AMAZING, I got a #13, (definitely order it toasted)!

Had a great experience at this location on 03/09/2025 and this was my first time having jimmy johns. My sub was made exactly to my request and I enjoyed every bit of it. I ordered the turkey! The folks who serviced me were very nice!
Always perfectly fine and fast service when carrying out but MAN if you want to order delivery from this location, it will take well over an hour on average. It’s insane and unacceptable to make someone wait that long for a sandwich when the company policy is to deliver only to locations within a five minute drive. Sort it out.

I ordered through Uber eat and why does it take an hour and a 1/2 to get my food? Then you Jack up the order? You said you're going to refund me. I never received a refund nor any credit on my agreed to count. This comes from a manager who I just got off the phone at 910pm. I spent almost seventy dollars on two gargantuan.In the sandwiches, only got one that was cut in half. I will be calling the management in the morning. Here's your example. Does this bag look like it could hold 2 gargantuan? Sandwiches, with what's labeled on the receipt?

Slowest delivery service! I called 30 minutes after placing my order and the driver still had not left the restaurant. Unprofessional. I wasted my entire lunch hour waiting for food to be delivered! And I tipped beforehand!
