If you want to be pleased with service don’t go there terrible!

Amazing experience.
Pizza was loaded with toppings!
My only suggestion would be to have someone up at the front mandating
the front when customers are standing waiting to be seated.
Appears they may have been short staffed.
Some left, due to not being seated for a bit and no acknowledgment from staff they would be right with them.
We were patient.
Great beer and pizza.
I even specifically requested a booth and the waitress went out of her way to clean one for me and sat us down which was amazing
( there was a worker that did try to seat us after we asked for a booth and when we stated we were waiting for the booth, she had a roudy attitude lol, we didnt take that off our score, as the other 2 plus good food made up for it!

Our 2 waitresses even did it without an attitude which was great!
Our waitress was Samantha.
The person that cleaned our table had pink and brown hair.

Ordered by their take out and it took 25 minutes to get my food which turned soggy. No one was by the counter and the cashier that finally came out was super rude. Also ordered coffee on their scan and go menu just to find out they don’t do coffees to go so I had to get that refunded but wished I was told ahead of time. I highly don’t recommend.

The bartenders spend more time playing on their phones rather than paying any attention to the patrons . Stood around for 15 mins and left.

The service was terrible. I ordered a pizza and waited a long time for it. When the server finally brought it, half of it was burnt. She explained that the kitchen had forgotten to take it out of the oven in time. She offered to make a new one, but since I was in a rush to catch a flight, I agreed to keep the pizza. She also said I would be compensated, and I accepted. However, when I started eating the first slice, a woman who identified herself as the store manager came over and said they could make me a new pizza, but I would have to pay full price. I suggested paying half the price and continuing to eat the two slices that weren't burnt since I had to catch a flight after the meal. However, she rudely took the pizza away. I am very unhappy with her attitude and will definitely report to HMS Host and file BBB.

There were plenty of empty tables yet I couldn’t get seated after waiting 25 minutes. There are simply not enough servers here to support even a decent level of service. At this point I don’t even have time to eat anything but fast food before my flight.

I had excellent service and good food. Amazing cheese bread appetizer that was essentially a pizza. Also had truffle fries and a burger. They told me up front it would take a while, which was fine, but I did have to order to go because of my flight. It was ~20 minutes till my food was ready but worth the wait to me. The bartender was very attentive and kept me updated.

They ran out of coffee at 7:45AM - . The guy next to me got the wrong order of food so decided not to eat after a lengthy wait. the guy behind me told server there was a bug in his drink. All before my food got served. Server was great. Restaurant not so much...

The truffle fries are awesome but that was the end of the good experience. If you get the chubby blonde Samantha with the tattoos ask for another server or go to the bar. Asked her to make my burger medium rare and she said it was probably to late but I'll go tell them I watched her walk around the restaurant for the next 10 minutes while my burger continued to be over cooked. Evertime Itried to get her attention she kept walking by couldn't even get a refill. The burger was luke warm and took almost 20 minutes after I asked for medium rare.

10 out of 10 recommend. This place is a great place to relax before a flight. Great staff and atmosphere.
