My bf and I went there on 3/4/24 for lunch. We both place our orders, and my bf proceeds to pay the bill with his card. The card reader ends up going down during the payment process. No receipt is printed because transaction wasn't processed, is what the employee tells us. She then proceeds to tell us that she cannot process the transaction unless we pay cash. We typically don't carry cash, as paying by card is much more convenient. She then tells us that she'll have to cancel our order, meanwhile another employee was bringing our order up to the counter. I've worked with countless point of sale systems, and I've never encountered any systems that do not allow for manual card entry. All She had to do was enter the cc number manually and process it that way. But no, we were turned away because of laziness and lack of common knowledge.After we leave and go elsewhere for lunch, my bf gets a notification that he was charged for the food anyway. He calls up to the restaurant and is told that there's nothing they can do about it. Are you kidding me? Being charged for something we didn't even receive, and there's nothing you can do about it? Wow! How about you could've offered to give us the food we ultimately ended up paying for? We had/have proof of being charged, can present it to you, and yet there's nothing you can do? Absolutely horrible customer service and business practices. You had an easy way to resolve this, but chose to just basically steal money from customers. What a joke of a place.

It's a small hole in the family place. I wouldn't take a date here. Just not that kind of place. Restaurant is small, yet seating was available. The food was phenomenal, fresh and well prepared. Decent pricing. We will be back.

Food is always good.Only complaint is depending on who makes the tacos the toppings might be a bit sparse or they may be under filled (I get corn and they are smaller tortillas)But I like the food. It’s a fav go-to spot for myself and my circle. I would recommend for sure. And the mango augua Fresca is top tier!!! So are the churros
I ate here frequently. Always have been impressed with the staff. They acknowledge you quickly even if the restaurant is full and our very attentive. When you already have great food and you add the details in here. This restauranthat much more special and, quite frankly, is the "hidden gem" of the Eastern market.

Peace and Blessings ? To The World ?This is a must if your in the area -- Every time I am near this great food spot -- I get some food-- the fruit water (strawberry flavor) is ?-- I love Jasmine attitude as well -- Great Service
The Food and Service is ?.Parking: It's a small place with small parking , but there is plenty parking near by. It's Worth it! Be careful though That door to the Entrance Is hard to open,,,, Pull Hard! good food though

The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They are located in the Eastern Market area. The food I ordered was prepared expeditiously. It's flavorful and be sure to bring your appetite because the burritos are huge!!

Best fajitas in town. They serve colossal shrimp in there fajitas and tacos. I love this spot. I encourage everyone to try them out. They have hand made teas and fruit ? juices. My favorite is the hibiscus tea.
