My experience at Kampers Rooftop is always top-tier! I’ve always been treated with top-notch customer service from everyone there! A special shout out to Dominique, the bartender. He was exceptional. From the good conversation to the fantastic drink recommendations, this is definitely the place you want To bring friends and family.
My wife and I came to Kamper’s Rooftop Bar because we were staying in a hotel that is also located in Book Tower and the staff recommended we check it out. We went on a Sunday evening and were greeted by the very warm and welcoming hostess, Alexis. Alexis guided us upstairs and sat us at a table inside with a great view of downtown Detroit although I’m convinced there’s no bad seat in Kamper’s. Since we wanted to just drop in we ended up getting one cocktail and a dessert....
We happened upon the most beautiful bar in Detroit. Gorgeous lobby and ride up the elevator to Kamper's. Dominique at the bar was handsome, charming and funny - with lovely drink recs, too.
