On I... I advise you don't even take the disrespect from this establishment and you will wait at least 40 minutes to an hour for a two piece and a Biscuit let alone something more than that
This place is a constant disappointment 👎🏾👎🏽👎🏻👎🏼!! On all levels! The service sucks! During lunch time they were out of thighs. Then if it isn’t the wait time to get your food, and pray to God that it’s right, you got people begging for loose change at the drive thru speaker aaaaand at the drive thru window to pick up your food. Come on now…I just want my food & it be right & hot! Sadly, I have to go out my way for 11 herbs & spices & when I can’t, I just got to chuck the deuces. Other restaurants are closing its locations & sadly KFC May be the next on the horizon. 💔

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST KFC in Detroit. Burnt food, Nasty customer service, invisible management.
KFC has lost a great deal in translation. The staff was rude, the food was horrible and I got sick. We paid for a 12 piece family meal, which should have included white and dark meat. Instead they gave us all dark meat. There was so much grease we could have wrung the chicken out and fried chicken at home that would have tasted so much better. So, the moral of this rating is, never stop by the KFC on Gratiot and Mt. Elliott after church to get a meal when you don't feel like cooking. You'll probably be sorry and angry too!
Shut it down and start over KFC!

I ordered a four piece $10.00 special meal deal. It should consist of 1breast, 1wing, 1leg & 1thigh. I received my order from the drive thru window. I looked inside my box to make sure the order was correct. Since, I had been their a week prior and order the same order. However, when I got home inside my box was 2 thighs, & 2 legs. They gave me dark meat instead of what I ordered. Therefore, this time I checked my order before leaving. Sure enough they gave me 2 thighs & 2 legs. I returned it to the worker and explained that the order was wrong. She told me that I didn’t specify what pieces I wanted. I told her I ordered the $10.00 meal deal and it’s already listed what pieces of meat and sides that come with it. Then another employee comes from behind her angry and rudely aggressively shouting to me that he put the chicken in the box and one of those pieces is a breast. He continued fussing about the chicken as I waited. When he went to the back he brought the chicken back he was still angry and upset. My experience was horrible I threw the food in the trash when I got home. I didn’t feel that it was safe to eat. I will never go there again. This happened on Oct 3,2024
