Went through the drive thru order spicy chicken I got 1 fresh piece and 1 old piece this the closest kfc and this happens a lot of times to prove it I’ll post

Don’t go to this KFC. Ever. We ordered online and when we got there at 8:45 he notified us that they didn’t have the chicken breast we ordered. Because “We are closing in a minute” (They are actually open till 11:00pm)Then when we asked if they could substitute the chicken breast for nuggets or something. Then he said, they would just have to give us what they could and they SHOULD have the sides we ordered… They ended up “finding” a chicken breast (which I found out was old and nasty when we got home) also instead of the sides we ordered they gave us 3 mashed potatoes and gravy and corn. We ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, gravy and Mac and cheese.. Smh… Just avoid this place if you can!!

Most of the menu is nothing to write home about. What sets this KFC apart is that its the only place in Detroit that still serves a decent Chicken Saskatchewan. If you want it fresh, go before noon. Seldom does this dish stay unspoiled after 1pm.

don't come here if you don't want to wait all day for your food. the workers move slow and the manager just stands in the lobby and flirts with men all day while the workers slowly work.
I went today and asked for the number 3 that is 4 places of chicken original dark and asked for an extra biscuit they me a mix, I don't like breast chicken and the biscuits was hard. I used to work at KFC on east 8 mile many years in high school during the summer and my job was to keep the biscuits and side stocked, KFC biscuits it's to be hard but soft. Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered on the app just to drive all the way there and them tell me they had no original chicken left only spicy over an hour before they closed. This place is ridiculous!!! They could have notified when I placed the order that the items were unavailable.

Very gross inside. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped ore even swept in months, the turntable my food was delivered on was sticky and what looked like mouse droppings on it. The food wasn't bad but the lack of cleanliness made me a bit sketched out eating my food.
