Not sure which location this was however, I go to a few different one's? I went for my client and she wanted spicy, crunchy chicken they gave her crunchy, original 🤦🏾. I went to another location, I asked for an receipt 🧾, they're always out of paper, in order to get my money back I have to show payment. Then I went to another location ask for the buffalo ranch sauce, I didn't get, and they charged me for it? At this point it should be for free I'm sure everybody not buying nuggets❓After working two jobs and you don't feel like cooking something, you stop somewhere, get home and your mouth is watering only to be let down. 🤦🏾

It's so disheartening to move back to the city after the transition its making and you can't visit any local restaurants near you!! The food was horrible! I got nothing of what I asked for. I mean literally nothing. The chicken was so old I wouldn't dare even feed it to a dog. Like come on do better. If you hate your job that much leave it for the people who want to work. Management could care less and obviously the owners don't either.

No star at all yesterday around 7 pm bad service the lady on drive through was not happy i ordered 2 chicken breat was not the rigjt chicken when i took the box out my chicken fell on the floor it was not done and old large cole slaw was very old they need to be closed done im going to contact the board of health

I was sold old tough chicken and given whatever orange beverage came out of the fountain. Nothing from my $21.00 meal was edible. I went to call this location, only to realize I had no receipt. The only proof I have that I ever ordered and received something from a KFC is a pending $21.00 for a 4-piece meal on my card. Still hungry, and food went straight to the trash. I won't be back.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! Credit Card Fraud and theft. I went here and used a very specific card that I do not use often. This was January 31, 2025, the very next day, a fraudulent charge of $160 came through for an online orders for Finish lines Shoes. 1000 % this it the only place I used this card at. On top of that my entire family had the runs from the old nasty, dried out chicken. It was disgusting, Never going to KFC again. I remember the guy who also most likely stole my credit info as well. Will be reporting to corporate and hope they close this dirty store down.

I bought a chicken pie it contain no meat I call the store repeatedly no answer. 1/4/25 at night 2.30 ish am. Can’t believe This I was so hungry. And I paid a Lyft to get there
Worst svc in history of mankind. Waited 10 mins-placed order on kiosk-waited another 15 mins- finally waited on-asked to take my order-told it in the kiosk-he asked me my name-I was the only one in restaurant. Took over a half hour-got home and order was wrong. Friday 9/20 and never again.
