Ordered online 2 3pcs bbq meals 1 dark other white, ticket printed 4:14. Waited over an hour for 3pc bbq white. Left with zero compensation. Also they tried to give me both dark without telling me. I checked the bag before leaving, caught the deception. They got mad at me for catching it. Didn't leave until 5:30. NEVER GO HERE!!!

I placed a drive-thru order today and paid at 5:15 PM. I was asked to pull up and wait for my food to be brought out. By 5:40 PM, I still hadn’t received my order, so I went inside to ask for a refund. I was told that they don’t do refunds at this location and that I would have to continue waiting.
When I finally got home, I realized my chicken sandwich had mayo on it even though I specifically asked for no mayo. I went back to try to get a refund for that as well, and once again, I was told no.
I spent $65.88 on an incorrect and incomplete order. My three Big Box meals did not even contain the full five tenders — one box had three, and the other two had four.
I’m honestly shocked by the lack of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service. Refusing to issue a refund for a wrong or missing order feels unacceptable — and possibly against policy. I will never visit this KFC again.

I waiting 30 minutes for my order then when I got it they messed my order up. My husband and I was at the window and they acted like they couldn’t see us. Then gave up so much attitude.100% do not recommend this place they suck.

I ordered 2 chicken pot pies. It was so much chicken in it, I could barely stir it up because it was too stiff... not having enough creamy soup in it, that made it extremely dry.

I ordered a Wings and Wedges Fan Favorites Box, three drinks, and the donuts from this location on doordash. They put a bucket of chicken and four rock hard biscuits in the bag. No drink. And this is what I received. I usually don't order from KFC anymore because the workers never care how they represent this fast food restaurant. This just shows you they really could careless

I did a online order!! They messed the whole order up, gave me what they wanted to give me and then got smart when I called and told her I was sending it back.... I am from down south and I am country I was explaining to her that all the food was cold and the order was wrong and I didn't have all my food!!! Her way of getting me quiet was screaming lalalalalalala on the phone like she was crazy... We took the food back up there they replaced it with a attitude, everything was good and fresh but if that kind of customer service keeps going on that new KFC will just be a waste of money because no one will want to go there... Or someone going to snap on those attitudes that is there!! KFC please take that particular location employees back to training to learn how to talk to customers even when they have angry customers they supposed to know how to handle their selves... Horrible experience

Very rude service! The drive thru cashier acted as if I was inconveniencing her! I wasn’t even given any napkins, utensils for my food or a straw for my drink! This is absolutely unacceptable! I will not be returning!

The service is very slow even though there are 4 workers, my order took 20 minutes even though there were only 2 customers

Customer service was terrible starting from taking my order. She asked how can she help me I gave her my order no response I asked her if she could hear me she replied with an attitude. I ordered a number 4 which was 3 tenders they gave me chicken. I gave the meal back and was still charged for the incorrect meal which was more than my order. No refund was offered I asked about it but she told me the price was the same. (4 pieces of whole chicken does not cost the same as 3 tenders). After they walked away for a few minutes then came back and asked me if I still wanted my meal that I already over payed for because it’s a wait. I will never be back at this location staff is incompetent
