I placed a mobile order, my husband went to pick it up. Our food was just sitting on the counter not under a heater and just for anyone to touch or grab. He asked if everything was in there because they had it double bagged and tied up, they replied yes. When he got home all of our items where not there. So I tried calling them for 20 mins straight with no answer, just tried to call back and they took the phone off the hook! So I had a partial order of cold food and the other part of the order just not there. So disappointing when this is the only location close to my house.

I was in drive- thru Saturday evening, ordered a combo... they didn't give me the soda that was included with my purchase. So I went back to drive- thru and told young lady that i didn't receive my drink, they ask me to pull around. So now I'm on the outside lane at window for drink. After finishing with customer at window, they ask me what i wanted there? Lol, my drink that I already paid for that YOU forgot to give me. They say they're gonna bring out to me, then ask me to come get it myself. Explained to lady that lobby door was locked. Went to locked door. Young lady & man in lobby came to tell me lobby was closed. Told them again about my drink, they say i need to get back in line behind 6 vehicles to receive my soda. I retreated to my vehicle and left location immediately without the things that I had previously paid for. Will never return to this location ever again.

Terrible service, had me waiting outside for 30 minutes for wings, gave me a attitude when I asked how long they needed, told me they needed few minutes 5 times and still had me waiting outside, then the worker comes out with a attitude and throws my food in the car, bunch of nasty hood rats working here, save some time and go to a different KFC
