I went to the drive-thru. I want to get a small Cole Slaw, service was quick and pleasant. I tried the new apple poppers I enjoyed them as much as the service. It's sad to say that getting good customer service is rare and I wanted to say that I appreciate the young woman who served me. Even though it was quick she was very pleasant

I’ve come to the KFC 3 times now and every time I come to the drive thru they say it’s closed and you need to come inside to order. You are a fast food restaurant, your drive thru shouldn’t be closed all day everyday. Do your jobs correctly

Every time I go to this kfc I'm waiting at least 30 minutes for family meal. I always get the 8 piece meal. When I get home it's only 7 piece in bucket. Twice this happened to me. Will not ever go here again.

Finger licking good or eat fresh chicken which none of that applied to my order Cold stale and two salty my pot pie took a turn for the worse kind of dry just a bunch of crust was delicious a little bit of chicken and vegetables in it I went through the drive-thru great decent

I work with customers. I've also been a former manager at kfc. I have never experienced such bad customer service. I understand that things can frustrate the cashier. But it should not show. The attitudes that flowed on 11/4/25 around 6p.m should never be displayed. I was told it was wait on chicken. I patiently waited they gave my order to the wrong person. Then they gave me original after I requested extra crispy. They had a attitude like I prepared my own food in correctly. The facility was not clean and after passing other kfc I was extremely disappointed in my choice of coming to this location.....

Extremely slow, dont even have their drivethrough open😡 corporate, why dont you help this place be better? Still no changes here!!! Im not getting food here🤢 i love chicken but definitely go somewhere else.ive been a fast food manager and this slowness is ridiculous, I've experienced only 2 people working so short handed is no excuse. I am a mystery shopper.I want to KFC today and it was terrible.It was smelling in there like the toilet overflowed and they overcharge me for an order. They charge me $33 for A 8 piece special with 2 sides. They will be hearing from their corporate

I live kfc but lately most locations such as this has been slacking they just closed in the middle of my dash being picked up my dasher informed me respectfully but they wont answer the phone or cancel my order at this point they are getting more and more unprofessional

I guess it's my fault but I keep trying this place for the convenience of the location but literally 70% of the time that I go there I go into the drive-thru wait and then they tell me that the drive-thru is closed and that you must come in. However once you enter the drive-thru you cannot get out its single Lane. KFC corporate of the absolute horrible experience going is for the customer. If you do manage to place an order in the Drive-Thru you can at least expect to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes every single time when there's only one maybe two cars in front of you. It happened to me again today the drive-thru was closed. I will not ever return to this restaurant.

Placed an order for two breasts and one wing on Uber Eats. Received 1 wing and two thighs. Either y’all employ people who cannot read or just don’t care about providing piss poor customer service.
I am just going to have to call and reverse the charge with my bank. If the order is wrong and I have to throw it out then y’all should not get paid.
