If I could give zero stars, I would. One wrong order is understandable. Two, okay fine. Even a few. But I have NEVER received a correct order from this KFC. Not an exaggeration, they have never given me what I ordered. Horrible location.

Ordered online arrived to pick up order at selected time staff had no idea what I ordered even though I had my online order confirmation on my phone I still had to wait 20 minutes to get my order. Several people in the lobby waiting on their orders, the staff were running around trying to figure out orders and drive thru was backed up, I will not go to this location again

I took my daughter and Mother in law and they love it! I used the drive-thru and took pictures while waiting in line. The only problem was the trash that was in front of the dumpster. I saw a worker putting some trash in it, but, he didn't sweep it up. I hope that he did later, because you don't want to attract rodents. My daughter's order was a mobile order and our pick up process was a breeze! The workers at the window were so polite and kind.Parking: Parking is limited I'm not sure how many spots there are.

Drive thru window was closed (again) so forced to go in. Had to HOLLAR the order through the THICK security panels. The orders took a long time and they had no catsup for fries. The dining room was dirty (every table) and customers were asking for additional napkins to clean a table to eat on. the trash was very full. We were desperate because we were late for the Fisher Theater and hoped to grab a quick bite. Won't make that mistake again.

Do not go here especially after dark. They don't maintain their doordash page or drive thru. Went there one night to two homeless people a locked door and an edgy supervisor manager type. She hollered and screamed at homeboy with a headset which was not needed obviously. Didn't even have my food. All they had to do what flip the sold out switch or no longer taking orders switch. Corporate needs to be up in there real bad. Why is the drive thru not open?, everyone is not trying to stand in their greasy lobby. ? I may just stick with their competitors ??♀️
