This is one of the worst kfc in Detroit. I went to to get the Tuesday special 8 pieces for $10. I was in the drive thru for 35 minutes and when I finally got to the window I'm told the spicy chicken I ordered was not available. They always running out of chicken even though it was still early.

Worst service ever..
Well this will definitely be my last time getting kfc ever. Not only was my whole order wrong but the mashed potatoes were runny and tasted spoiled- like baby puke. The pop tasted like there was chemicals in the lines. The gravy was disgusting and normally that's the best part. And we ordered all dark meat chicken and they decided to give us all white meat.... it was disappointing. Especially when food is so expensive lately. I will never go to a kfc again.

The employee are terrible they closed the door and don’t even want to serve the food though still they have 30 minutes left to close the store . They are literally hiding from customer and pretending they are closed. So terrible

Just wanted cole slaw. Was forced to used inside Kiosk to place order. There was no large/small options. So I ordered 3 for 3.29 each. When I reached the counter I asked the young lady if what I paid for was large or small. She said according to the price they were small I explained that I actually wanted a large and said she could change the order. Without realizing I had already paid at the Kiosk, she rang me for one large coleslaw for $5.39. I told her I had already paid over $11. She said 3 smalls equals a large. I explained to her that I had actually paid for 2 large. The manager who had heard the exchange said I would have to take the 3 small coleslaw that I paid for and pointed to a small sign below the cash register the said no refunds.

I recently visited KFC and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dining establishment. I tried to order a specific meal that was clearly listed on the menu, but the cashier acted as if she had never heard of it. When I insisted that it was right there on the menu, she still seemed clueless and dismissive.
After finally getting my order, I asked for the meal to be made plain, I was told I had to pick a sauce bounce received, it was completely drenched in sauce, making it almost inedible. To make matters worse, they didn’t even provide me with a receipt, so I couldn’t place a formal complaint at the time.
When I returned to the restaurant to get the order corrected, I was met with even more frustration. The staff member rudely insisted that what I received was what I had ordered, despite me pointing out the exact item on the menu that I had wanted. They refused to correct the order, leaving me with a meal I didn’t want.
This experience was beyond disappointing. The lack of product knowledge, the refusal to correct their mistake, and the overall dismissive attitude of the staff makes it hard to support location.
