KFC is loved for the lemon parfait, but some customers miss it. The $5 boxes used to come with cookies, but not anymore. However, the great service on Labor Day at 4:30 pm was exceptional. The two young ladies working were polite, patient, and had excellent communication skills. Their work ethic stood out, making the overall experience great. The establishment might need an update, but the service received high praise from a satisfied customer.
