Unbelievable I came twice after 10 pm on 2 different occasions and got hot fresh chicken and good service honestly I hate patronizing businesses in the city but I’m must say 2 times close to closing fresh food and good service please keep up the good work

Everything was good and fresh. My fiance can eat KFC every day if I let him. We come about 4 times a week and on doordash.
The chicken was not cooked at all the mashed potatoes was old

The store was clean and organized. The cashier expressed the store was out of dark meat and proceeded to offer what was left. The fries were dry and old tasting like they'd been sitting out for a while. The communication was poor and seemed like the store reps were more interested in their cell phones than taking orders or assisting guests in the lobby. One senior citizen expressed he didn't know how to use the screen to order and was assisted by another guest instead of the store staff. After a long day helping patients at the hospital, the service could have been a positive instead of a meh. I hope they improve on this as it is the only non burger establishment directly outside of Sinai hospital and could be a much better experience with better communication and service. On the plus side, the store was very clean !
