So I'm currently at the KFC right now and it is nothing the staff does not answer the phone and they I left my grandmas phone over there and then we went to the KFC to get it and I'm sure it says closes at 12AM So Why Is They Doors Locked.
Food was Great but the staff and service they bucked they head at me and that was rudely disrespectful. Last not least they barely have customers.

They mess up my order EVERY time. I never seen to find it til I get home. Dude repeated my order to me before he gave it to me and still gave me the wrong thing. And they do that weird thing where they tell you not to pull all the way up to the window to mess with there timing metrics because they take forever. And they chicken taste microwaved. Not remotely fresh.

Pulled up to drive thru and ordered an 3pc combo with Mac n cheese, and Cole slaw … the chicken was super hard and dried out, it had been sitting under the light too long, then I called to speak with management and left me holding on for 7 minutes, no one never came to the phone, couldn’t even take it back cause I was on my way back to work, I swear Corporate will be hearing from me and on top of that the cashier needs to find her another job cause she was giving I DGAF energy, horrible service, hire people that’s excited about what they do and the purpose it serves…. Y’all ought to be ashamed
