As much as it hurts me to say this. This restaurant is not of standards like it should. I was served waffles that were overcooked and wavy looking. I didnt relieve any silver ware so my food sat getting cold nor did I get my drink. The waitresses were arguing with one another and the waffles are not Belgium unless you get the velvet red otherwise they serve waffle house pancake looking waffles. Totally unacceptable

Let’s be honest Kuzzo’s hasn’t been the same since the pandemic. I’ve been back about five times, and every visit has had issues: either the service is terrible or the food is disappointing. Today was the final straw ordered a Long Island and both glasses were visibly dirty. I’m tired of consistently receiving this level of service, and I won’t be returning.

When I walked in I waited so long, for somebody to help me sit down. When I got to the table it still needed to be cleaned. I like the space and the community feel. Good brunch vibe. The koolaid is always perfect and my niece loves it. She also love the chicken wings they are good! The red velvet waffle was ok. The shrimp and grits was tasty. But not enough.

I took my sister there Sunday we dine in. Let's start off with customer service was horrible! Our waitress was very rude I don't know her name she never gave it to us. The table was very dirty when I asked if I could get some napkins and a copy of my receipt she got an attitude. The food came out hot but wasn't good. I wouldn't recommend.

The experience here was great with nice service & the food was good. However, the food is overpriced. 6 wings for $24 is unreasonable, the wings are a decent size but it is the size of an average wing (not Wingdings). Also, the gratuity & tip are charged twice so if you don’t ask for a receipt beforehand then you won’t know that a tip has already been applied to your bill.

I left disappointed by the overall dining experience. The starter was disappointing. Ultimately, only about 75% of the entrée was served. We were told that it may unavailable despite being listed on the menu, and the server had to check with the kitchen to confirm. When I inquired about the missing side dish—essentially the remaining 25%—I was informed it wasn’t available. A substitute was brought without any prior notice or explanation, which felt inadequate and left the meal incomplete.
Additionally, my drink arrived halfway through the meal, which disrupted the flow of the experience. A few other small missteps throughout the evening made me feel as though I should have chosen a neighboring restaurant instead. Unfortunately, the $75 spent didn’t reflect the quality or attentiveness I had hoped for.
Bring back the pre-Covid Kuzzo's!!! ❤️

The reviews are accurate, smh. Customer service is terrible, it’s like they don’t like they job. Then I ordered the kool aid never got it, asked for ketchup 3 times, oh and I originally ordered the Cajun chicken pasta, 30 min later I was told they didn’t have it and needed to make another selection on the menu. It was only 5 tables, one table actually got up and left. The DJ is the only reason why this post gets any stars.
