I would have given a 0 but that wasn't an option, they are always charging extra money, the charge was a non-Cash Adj, but I paid with cash. It's only 52 cents but that is not the point, this is not the first time but the 3rd time I have caught this, check your receipts because you will be cheated, and they get an attitude for saying something about it, but who cares where's my money and I am contacting the state of Mi and the BBB. Imagine all the money they are stealing without people knowing, here's proof

Well the night of 3/20/24 was the worse service I ever had there I’m over it! Ever since that pregnant girl left the people at the window suck! And they slow as hell! First off the girl rung my order up wrong me and her had going back and forth about how she rung it up! then finally I got out of line and called and I was right she charged me wrong. Then they gave me the wrong salad so I had to bring it back. It was about 20 degrees! They had me standing outside for a drink and salad toppings for over 20 mins and kept giving DoorDash their orders from the same place where the pop machine is! I’m confused if you can give the DoorDash people orders why couldn’t you give me my drink? Then gonna put it on the the other girl talking about she gonna help you! I’m already upset that the girl in the window didn’t know what she was doing and I had to get out my car! Then you won’t even give me my drink I didn’t understand? How could you service other ppl behind me that just walked up and I’ve been standing here for a damn drink! Every time you call them out on the error they ignore you! Rude as hell worst customer service I ever experienced there! And always ask for a receipt one girl charged me for a non cash fee when I paid cash! I had mixed feelings about posting this I’ve been going there since I’ve been little!

First time here and last!! The lady at the drive through window is absolutely rude to everyone. I can’t imagine anyone who wouldn’t be offended by her unprofessionalism, horrible attitude and her foul language. I’m never coming here again and I’m definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

Do not order here!! Just take the extra mile to the other coney on Warren. They can't follow simple instructions and make a burger plain then cuss at customers because they messed up will be filing a complaint with all Delivery services.
