I am a customer of the other Fogata and I thought this was the same, my fatties cold and barely open from the upper edge. When I asked her to open it more so I could put a little more content in it, the girl said it couldn't be done because they would break. I really thought about canceling the order but out of courtesy I didn't do it... but I'm not coming back.. ?
