With food, service, and atmosphere being bad, at the end, they rip you 20% forced service fee on 4 adults, 3 little toddlers.

The flavors of the Middle East. It's also great for the European stomach. It's not ostentatious, it's more convincing. Vegetables are captivating, even for carnivores. Lamb or chicken, small or majestic. Only the place is simple, everything else is great. Unmissable if you go there.

La Palma Middle Eastern Restaurant takes you to lands beyond. The menu has a good variety of selections to choose from. Stuffed grape leaves served warm. Salads were fresh and crisp. Service very attentive. Don’t miss the delicious garlic spread for the bread. Kabob meat tender. Definitely will keep in mind the next time we have an event in mid town.Vegetarian options: FineDietary restrictions: Can find plenty of gluten free options and vegetarian optionsParking: May be tough when the hospital is busyKid-friendliness: Being the kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty standard non motorized front door. Ran in for a quick meal 30 minutes before closing. Grabbed a 16oz. chicken vegetable soup, large chicken fattoush salad, and 4pcs hot bread ($28). This usually lasts me up to 2 days if I'm not sharing.

My wife and I go here once maybe twice a week. By far the best and most consistent middle eastern food in Detroit. The hot bread is next level you won’t be able to stop eating it once you start and the hummus makes it that much better. The staff and workers there are some of the nicest people ever. They are always friendly and welcoming and service is always great. Everyone should try La Palma while in Detroit!

Wonderful bonus to my visit downtown. The shawarma combo plate was delicious, and I added almonds to the standard rice. The lamb and rice were stupendous, but to be honest, the chicken tasted like standard chicken. The hummus and fresh bread were delicious, and the carrot smoothie complemented it all quite well. 100% will recommend.Kid-friendliness: There was a kid here when I ate.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, ADA compliant.

La Palma stands out well ☆ It's a good Mediterranean place.Food: ?Shish Tawook had nice grilled protein and fresh vegetables. Their vegetables were thick, and I liked how many kinds they gave with the chicken. I got a side of soup: Lamb Chili. All of the food `kind of` had flavor. That amount could def. be improved. At the same time, every thing had seasoning + were cooked well.My FAVORITE part of the meal is the Strawberry Lemonade. They make their lemonade into a smoothie slushie combination. ? So GOOD! I’d buy 1 gallon of these! And La Palma Naan bread ? Awesome, hand-crafted, hot group of bread. If you get a side of soup, dipping that into it is a great idea. ?Inside: ?They were getting set to closing (when arrived).  I do know that in each area, it looked well-kept, free from clutter, and prepared for each table of guests.Service: The server that day was super good. He managed to provide meals while taking care of closing & tables. I appreciate him for offering a solid service. ??La Palma does a good job at making farm to table Mediterranean food.? 4 stars | ⭐⭐⭐⭐

La Palma is an excellent spot. They have amazing juices, smoothies, and food. I love the chicken wings and french fries. I tried the strawberry lemonade today and it was the perfect refreshment for a spring day. I recommend this place to everyone that stops in the area. Fresh food, friendly service. They give you fresh hot pita at each table. So filling!!! Can’t wait to go back!Parking: Plenty of parking for free next to the restaurant
