Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Garfield location gets its first ding. Waited for our 16 piece meal and extra side of regular potato salad. When they had it packed up I asked the girl SPECIFICALLY if the potato salad was in there and she said YES. Guess what? IT WASNT. She probably thought I meant the potato wedges. But she answered me in such a matter of fact tone, and the fact she was WRONG is what really bugs me. At these prices attention to detail is important. She didn’t have it. SUNDAY 3/8/26 at 6:40pm. First time I ate here i I got a chicken sandwich. It was soooo good I had to go for a second on Thursday around 2:30 pm. 1/29. There were cars in front of me, so why did I get an old sandwich that was clearly underva heat lamp for hours? Not just the chicken, BUT THE ENTIRE SANDWICH? The bread was so hard I had to throw out the bun. So lazy! Not going back!

Ordered a 20 pc tender meal almost 60$ a 6 pc wing a pot pie……….spent 80$ for my family waited about 20 minutes it was dinner time about 6 pm so a few people waiting for good food you wait a few minutes that’s fine,however my 6 pc wing was undercooked still pink my 20 pc tender meal turned into a 20 pcs bucket of grease I live down the street a 3 minute ride when I got home was disappointed that I didn’t get what I order but the box the chicken was in was extremely greasy A great deal of establishment wonder why at this location they can’t make it maybe it’s because your order takers schould slow down and give people what they order and the cooks should be sure that the chicken is cooked after I called the store back I was asked if I ordered the correct thing and if I bring it back they will make my tenders It’s terrible these places are handled the way they are wondering if the owner after spending a few hundred thousand dollars to open realizes customers get treated like this

We go once a week and the food is always spot on. The whole staff seems focused and sincere. And not for nothing, Lee's Chicken perfected the potato wedge way back in the day. Everything else is a weak imitation

First time visit. It was a take out on line order. The food was ready at the time stated. It was HOT when I got home. The staff was full of smiles, well trained and informative. Food was DELICIOUS! Blew away all competition in our area. Lee’s is now our go to place for chicken!

They intentionally served us old stale chicken that was apparently reheated or sitting under a lamp for a while, while making fresh chicken for other patrons. Unfortunately I was already home before I tasted it. Not the Lee's quality I'm used to. We were clearly not welcomed at this location 😒.
