I used to Love, Love this place, but this time no one came to the counter when I came in, I had to say hello, they had no menus (menu screens were off) An when I asked, I was told to view the menu online. When I order wrong from the online menu, he turned on the menu screen with such additude I even asked could we start over to make things pleasant. He still was rude, and very condescending. I will never spend a DIME at that location again!!! Mind you I drove 30mins. You can't treat people like they're a bother and expect us to spend our dollars in your business.

My chicken Philly was good. But my husbands food was wrong .. cool . We take it back in and tell the guy who made the sams cheesesteak (we ordered on Uber Eats ) what’s missing.. he says it’s on the bottom. Yet top toppings like sauce and cherry peppers are missing. He puts the cherry peppers on top and does not fix the sandwich. He lied the mushroom and banana peppers & sauces was not at the bottom of the sandwich. We eat lefty’s once a week first time at this location and definitely the last.

Horrible service and food. Always go.here tonight was horrible. 75 bucks down the drain. Call and management acts like this is ok. Chicken was burnt and hard. Hope they close down soon! Will never eat here again. We get it once a month. Call tell bad food. They do not care! Spend money at own risk!

Nasty flavorless food ..no seasonings on any of their foods and I have been going here for awhile now and tried many different of things and everything is nasty ..only thing that's good is their cheesecakes and that's because they don't make those..they also have one girl working here with blond hair ..she vapes while taking your order and she be high and out of it ..why does they have her behind the counter smoking a vape at work ..? So unprofessional

I want to let these on 8 Mile and Woodward Detroit..approximately 4: 45 and I bought a corned beef egg roll order. The egg roll was hard as hell there was no to little corn beef in there today's date is Monday the 11th 2026 of August and Lefty still can't get egg rolls right
I will never buy another one from there and I don't think I'll be going there that's all I buy they were hard there was no to little corn beef inside of them and they looked at half the size they was when I first bought it and y'all expect to keep getting money like that get up out of here cancel.
We were at this Lefty's on Thursday. Called in our order and sat at the table and waited. One of the worker left from behind the counter on his cell phone to go out side to talk. He came back in and told one of the workers to give him two cans of soda for the people next door. He came back in the resturand with his shirt up, rubbing on his belly and went straight back behind the counter. ALL of the customers notice this and some begain to speak out about him not washing his hands. He said he did wash his hands and proceeded to put on plastic gloves. Then more people started complaining. One of his co-worker told him to go to the back. He came back out filling the onion trey... Hand Washing Is A MUST.

Guy who took our order was patient and calm. I am pretty sure he was also the person who made our food so kudos to him, he was a great multitasker and cool under pressure. The food was very fresh and well cooked, so hot I had to wait to eat it, to not burn my mouth. The fries were fresh the phillys were fresh the cheese sticks were fresh.
