What a beautiful place to take someone for lunch! The attention to detail and the delicious food can't be matched!

Lily's & Elise Tea House offers a petite high tea service with an excellent tea selection, described as the best in southeast Michigan. The food includes delicious sandwiches, corn chowder, desserts, shrimp and grits, French toast with peach syrup, gumbo, and potato, all of which are amazing and tasty. The tea blends are top tier, with interesting unique teas available for purchase to take home. The ambiance is beautiful, with stunning decor, gorgeous space, and beautiful and unique decor that is picture worthy. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, attentive, kind, helpful, and customer service focused; management Joy and Anna ensure guests enjoy their experience. The venue is toddler-friendly and spotless, with lovely china, tea pots, and even a stunning faucet. However, parking can be an issue for handicapped guests. Some reviews note extraordinary wait times for food, with afternoon tea sandwiches being sparse and sweets looking sad compared to online pictures; service lapses in checking for a second pot of tea occurred. Despite this, the owner corrected issues with concessions. Highly recommended for a memorable experience, though food quantity and service may vary.
