The worst pizza ? in America. Horrible customer service

Literally by far the worsttttt Little Caesars location I have EVER visited. I waited 40 mins for one pizza and wings. It’s Saturday so that’s understandable to be behind…but it was a lobby FULL OF CUSTOMERS THAT RECEIVED ZERO HELP. The people behind the counter were disrespectful and moving at their own pace with no sense of hospitality or people skills. How do these people get hired? AND my order was still wrong.

I arrived to find a gentleman outside explaining to me that an employee told him that the doors would open in thirty minutes. I arrived at 11:15 am and Google and the hours said they open at 11:00. I left. It was an inconvenience that did not need to take place.

Apparently delivery is handled by Door Dash.We received notice that our order was handed to us but it never arrived. The use of Door Dash wasn't disclosed; I thought I was dealing with Little Caesars.Our money is being refunded but unfortunately we're still hungry. The refund is the fine but we were inconvenienced. Some coupons or a discount for the inconvenience would go a long way when deciding which pizza company to order from in the future.

Went there today at 1:15 to pick up an order I placed at 11:45a. Arrived and was told my order would be another 45min. One of the employees RUDELY stated “people make me sick placing an order at the last minute then wanna rush us” I replied back I placed my order at 11:45 this morning. She flipped her hand and sarcastically said “I ain’t talking to you, stop talking to me” RUDE and unprofessional workers but again ITS LITTLE CEASARS….cant expect much more professionalism than I got!

Didn't have any of the negative experiences coming here as some of the other reviewers mentioned (never had to fight anyone off, never made to feel unsafe.) In fact, the whole reason for me writing this review was because of how friendly and helpful the staff here were to me. I was bummed that they were out of Pepsi, but I also couldn't remember when the service at any Little Caesars was so courteous that I had actually made note of it.

Save yo money and your time and just avoid this place. They don’t never have nothing ready , they rude , and stay making you wait forever for your food. Do yourself a favor and go to any other little Caesar’s and not this poor excuse for one .
