Thank you! I really wanted a pizza, my daughter ordered it, I was in and out and my PIZZA was so good , do not eat pizza as much, but it was delicious. Yesterday after 6 pm, great team give them a raise

Order my food online got there. This store has zero organization. They’re passing out food that’s coming right out of the oven and not even thinking about the food that’s already been done. You guys need better management at this store. This is the worst experience ever and the employees are rude because they’re backed up.

This place need more workers or the ones they have need to work more efficiently. There's no reason it should take and hour and a half for anything they sell. Not to mention, they manage to always forget something with your order. This location is not it, at all...

I walked into this location to pick up an order I had called in, and was immediately met with a highly unprofessional experience. A young lady in the back with a short haircut loudly yelled, “There’s a 25-minute wait! Whoever just walked in the lobby, it’s a 25-minute wait! We’re not making any Hot-N-Readys!”

Not only was this directed toward customers in a disrespectful tone, but she was also yelling at other employees and clearly upset about having to work that day. Her attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable, especially for someone representing a business in front of paying customers.

There are plenty of other places to work if she doesn’t want to be there—but if she chooses to work in customer service, she needs to remember she is the face of the establishment. Unfortunately, her unprofessionalism gave the entire location a bad look. I came in expecting a simple pickup and ended up witnessing behavior that made me second-guess spending my money there.

This is not the type of experience customers should have when supporting a business.

They could not find our order. Even after showing her the confirmation number and email she still couldn't find it. Until she went back and asked someone else about it smh, they found it.

Slow service, crew just stands around talking to each other . You got three registers but only one person taking orders . I blame the owners and management for such crappy service because you hired and trained these people.

Ordered 3 orders of Cheesy Puffs, ALL cheese, every single one had pork on it and of course kids ate one of them before we found out, luckily everyone just throwing up and don't have a life threatening allergic reaction, smh, NEVER again.

I'm having a hard time understanding why people are touching on the fool that they serve without gloves. I thought when you make pizzas and you touch in the cheese. And the pepperoni's you're supposed to wear gloves? 149 store on grasser and 8 mile no one has on gloves.
No one has their hair up. Or no net, this is unacceptable.I'm scared to eat there using the same meat cutters to do the Cheese Pizza's.That's not right.I don't eat beef and pork.I'm scared to eat a cheese pizza

I'm lucky that Doordash support was able to get me a refund. If you order anything here, just go and pick your food up, otherwise you will be giving out a free meal. 💯

Terrible location! Ordered a thin crust all ground beef pizza, with extra beef, well done... It wasn't made well done, there wasn't extra beef, and management needs to show the cook how the cut designs go for the thin crust! It was the basic cut which is incorrect.. Next time when I'm east I will go to Sterling Heights.. I almost forgot, telling customers they need exact change or card because you don't have singles in the cash register is unprofessional! Someone needs to make a bank run an go get some singles! Stop being lazy.
