New Manager is needed these young people need to be taught about how to represent themselves to customers and how to prepare the food that was order. They tell you it will be a 10 minute wait. But why would they hire people that can't count and give you your correct change. They need to be trained do better

I ordered a pizza on Uber Eats but they let someone who wasnt the driver take my pizza and than said there wasn't anything they could do trash location. Another time I went in and the couldn't even make a round hot and ready if you want pizza skip this place.

Horrible experience, I was told my wait was 15 mins so I went to another store for 12 minutes walked back and asked about my wait time the young man behind the counter told me I just put your order in again I asked about how much more time do I have he responded with I’m just the cashier not the cook.

Normal customer service is give me just a second I’ll check it out for you, not only did I receive horrible service others may have too a few talked about how they were going to wait for him to get off this is not safe for other employees get together.

Order my food online got there. This store has zero organization. They’re passing out food that’s coming right out of the oven and not even thinking about the food that’s already been done. You guys need better management at this store. This is the worst experience ever and the employees are rude because they’re backed up.

This place need more workers or the ones they have need to work more efficiently. There's no reason it should take and hour and a half for anything they sell. Not to mention, they manage to always forget something with your order. This location is not it, at all...

I walked into this location to pick up an order I had called in, and was immediately met with a highly unprofessional experience. A young lady in the back with a short haircut loudly yelled, “There’s a 25-minute wait! Whoever just walked in the lobby, it’s a 25-minute wait! We’re not making any Hot-N-Readys!”

Not only was this directed toward customers in a disrespectful tone, but she was also yelling at other employees and clearly upset about having to work that day. Her attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable, especially for someone representing a business in front of paying customers.

There are plenty of other places to work if she doesn’t want to be there—but if she chooses to work in customer service, she needs to remember she is the face of the establishment. Unfortunately, her unprofessionalism gave the entire location a bad look. I came in expecting a simple pickup and ended up witnessing behavior that made me second-guess spending my money there.

This is not the type of experience customers should have when supporting a business.
