The cashier couldn't hear well. I ordered stuff crust pizza with hamburger with a side of crazy bread. When me and my son ate the pizza we both immediately had to go to the bathroom. So I would never go back to that location. I hope I'm better by tomorrow because I have to work.

This is an awful location. The cashier jumps between helping customers order and making food without washing her hands, the cooks in the back curse at each other and eat food at prep tables, my pizza took 25 minutes to cook when I was told 12 minutes, and the lobby was filthy and had a strong odor of urine... I will NEVER go back there and they need to be inspected.

Pizza tasted pretty good. It would have been nice if my pizza got stuck to a screen during the cooking process you didn’t just scrape it off in to my box. Without the crust on that side of the pizza, it stuck to the box. Rookie on oven or someone didn’t care, either way felt it was worth mentioning.
Breadsticks were awesome, super buttery, loaded with Parmesan. Nooooo photo for you! 👨🍳
Packaging could have been butter, I mean better.
Inside of bag was loaded with butter, the pizza equivalent to glitter at an adult entertainment establishment.

Night shift is dancing and singing while lobby is full of customers waiting on call in and orders no reason I have to wait almost an hour for a simple hot and ready and three meat when I called

I ordered 4 pizzas, 4 orders of puffs, and more for Christmas Eve. Everything was great except the cookie dough brownies (which come wrapped from corporate, so the employees have zero prep). We thought the brownies were stale or weird tasting, but that was our first time ordering them, so maybe they always taste like that. I think the crew working that night did an excellent job on our pizzas, puffs, and crazy bread!
This place is literally awful. The entire night shift yesterday was completely rude. I ordered my food at 9pm and didn’t leave until 9:45pm. Meanwhile the entire crew was on their phones with no gloves, touching people pizza, picking their phones back up and doing it again. My pizza was completely cold, the chicken they had in the warmer for 2hr prior to and tried giving it to me and it was soggy. I informed them about the chicken and a little girl that’s light skinned with two tiny pig tails about 5’4 began being disrespectful. She started yelling loud complaints about the customers and the manager didn’t do anything about it. This place needs to be shut down completely and or hire an actual adult. I’ve filed a complaint with the Detroit Health Department.

I ordered 2 pizzas and crazy bread. It took over half an hour, and then one pizza wasn't even done fully. The crust was extremely gummy. The staff was extremely nice, friendly, and accommodating. They were the only bright spot in this visit.
