I honestly don’t see how this place is even still open. They’re extremely slow and the staff act like they don’t know what they’re doing. No way anyone should be waiting 20-40 minutes for one hot n ready or if I order online/in-store pickup. And the parking lot is horrible. They also don’t use the pizza portal either.

This place should be called hot and never ready.. They clearly can not handle the business rush. It 7 pm and they 17 customers waiting to make an order and 4 of us on the side waiting for our order because they are cooking even hot and ready to order.Meanwhile us customers are irritated with the the staff as they are having fun and joking.

Food is always hot and fresh. Just seems like there is no sense of urgency behind the counter so the lines are long. But for fresh food, it's worth the wait

Recently I order 2 pizzas from the 19190 Kelly location in Harper Woods, Mi.I’m not sure if they have to stick to a strict measuring system but both pizzas were cold, and had probably 2 tablespoons of sauce on them. It was dry and about as tasteful as the box it arrived in. So disappointing. Do better or shut down!

Hey, I go to Little Caesars Pizza for the crazy bread which is always warm, buttery and fresh. There's usually a line, but it moves fast.Parking: The parking lot is small, somewhat congested, but you can park in the side street by the bakery.

They won't serve you until 3pm if your younger because you're "supposed to be in school" I'm literally in online school during my lunch break. I already called in my order. They act like they can't take it of the stupid oven and let me pay. It's a stupid policy They wasn't even there before. So not only is the 5$ hot and ready not even 5$ but they'd let a child leave hungry. Like it doesn't even make sense. I'm already here just let me pay and get my food.

Slow service. Ordered ahead and still had to wait 20 minutes after my pick-up time. Finally gave this place another chance after 3 years (they had horrible service then) because I figured it would be different if I order ahead of time. Boy, was I wrong. Never Again!

I call in my order everytime because work down the street and my food have never been done right I have to bring my food back everytime not once or twice everytime I order I tried to switch up my order bc I thought I was being difficult but it’s not me I order a regular pizza with sausage and got bacon which I can’t eat ! Then the attitudes when my food is made incorrectly is just ridiculous

I tried to place a order via phone. First...... I was on hold for 1 minute 15 seconds.Once the rep answered I place my order. Before I could get my thoughts together, I was asked if there is anything else..... twice in 10 seconds. If the rep would allow you to speak, maybe we wouldn't be bothered and could complete out thoughts. I added a Crazy Bread. In the nastiest voice... I was asked if I wanted sauce or no!!!!!! I was afraid to place the order. If you're not sure how to handle the public, stay home!!!! Poor service, will hault paying customers.
