This why I be over fast food because how hard is it to make food that you think is appropriate yo eat... you wouldn't want your stuff messed up so why would u send it out to customers like this smh dont even see how this location is still open. One day humans will get smart enough to understand we hold the power nothing will operate without our consumer money being spent

The manager customer service is horrible at West 7 Mile & Wyoming. I place an order over the phone to be delivered. I also asked will I recieve an receipt and the answer was yes. I placed the order @ 1 pm and asked for it to be deliver by 2pm and I was told no problem. Now mine you I only ordered 2 different kinds of wing and some Italian bread. So at 2 pm I have not receive my order and I ordered it for a meeting I had to attend at work. I waited until 2:35 pm for the order but never received it so I had to leave. So my manager told me that the order had came about 10 minutes after I had left. So I went to the little ceasars on West 7 mile & Wyoming to see if they could find my order so I could get a receipt she stated that she dont see no order I placed so I showed her my phone where the money was taken out. So I asked what store is this and she said the other store down West 7 mile close to Evergreen so I went down there once I got there I was told that this wasn't the right location that I had to go to Fenkell & Meyers. I was pissed off because the Manager at 7 Mile & Wyoming don't know what the hell she talking about having me doing all that damn driving for nothing. When it was right up the street. And I was press to get back to work on time and it was hot as hell in that damn store. 😡😡😡😡
