Ordered a pizza for a family member, received an email it was ready at 1:37 pm, just ONE pizza, family member told girl behind window the name, I sent a screenshot of said email. She ignored him, went on to take the orders of other customers while his pizza WAS READY! Already paid for as well. But ignored him because he looks too white. Called the store while he was in there, male who answered said he was going to let someone know, gives the phone to a female, she didn’t introduce herself, glared at family member in lobby, ( he was on a 3 way call) she said oh, I apologize and have a blessed day and hung up. Rude. Racist. Unprofessional. But if he appeared more black, he would have been greeted and waited on. Disgusting and will NOT ever spend my money in that place again.

This place stays busy. Ordered through online app but never told me food was ready. Went up to location and had to wait an additional 20 mins in line to get food that had been ready over a half hour before. Drive through was not working this day.

Very long wait times even when you've ordered ahead!! Today I ordered food at 7:00 p.m I arrived waited in line until 8p.m because the staff was too busy making crazy puffs instead of addressing the customers only to be told they just put my food in the oven I asked for a refund and mysteriously the same girl grabbed a box that was sitting on the counter and was attempting to give it to me. Wait I thought you just said it was in the oven? So how long has it been sitting there? Very poor attitude she addressed me as the lady in the front when speaking to her manager and the manager was arguing from the back with another customer about his order what happened to the customer is always right? This location needs to be closed they always short staffed and I'm sad to say that given I been rocking with this location since the 90's!!

One word GHETTO!!!!!! This place is so unprofessional and everyone that works there should be fired!!! They only make the food “they” feel like making!!! They’ll tell u straight to your face I don’t feel like making that and make u order something else!!! I sent my son in to get a hot n ready and he came back with crazy bread instead, they told him they were done selling pizza for the day…….it was only 6pm. Then my wife went to try some crazy puffs and they told her they didn’t feel like making those so she had to choose something else. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Just close this one down, they make Little Caesars HORRIBLE! Wait time HORRIBLE, customer service HORRIBLE. Always arguing with the customers, always unpleasant atmosphere. Cashiers calling folks out the name & telling folks that she's going to spit in their food, dropping food on the floor picking it up and putting it on the pizza. Holding your food up because their mad. Cashier calls a male in the store and he pulls out a gun and tell everyone to stop arguing. Did I mention the manager was standing right at the front laughing, gossiping, and watch. I'm calling Corporate! This place/people is HORRIBLE!No more Little Caesars for my family ever!

The sign doesn't light up outside so if you don't know the area you'll pass it. Make sure you have a card or exact change because you won't receive coins back. They were taking orders and giving wait times, then once the wait time was up they would say "Sorry we're out of that." The customer service isn't the greatest either. I only ordered Italian cheese bread thank goodness, but it was still Luke warm once I got it. Yeah not the greatest local to stop at for pizza but again I only ordered cheesy bread.

I witnessed a rather disheartening scene at this establishment where a lady had an unfortunate experience. The manager, who seemed to lack professionalism, not only withheld a refund but also treated her with disrespect.After patiently waiting for an hour for a Hot N Ready and a Crazy combo, it became evident that chaos ensued in the kitchen, leaving her without her order.When she requested a refund, the manager raised their voice and accused her of not knowing her order. It's concerning to see someone in a managerial position lacking basic customer service skills.I hope the higher-ups address this incident, as it was quite distressing to witness such a disappointing encounter for the customer.
