Ordered 2 pizzas today 11/16 around 11 am via door dash. We are hardly 1 mile from this place. The order said 18 minutes for delivery and then time kept increasing. Then received a chat msg around 12 pm from doordasher Steven that my order was stolen. They said they will not prepare the order again unless i make a fresh order and pay again. Then they cancelled the order. I requested for refund which I have not received. We went to dominos. No cheating. Hygienic cooking and delicious. You decide.

This Little Caesars is a disgrace to the brand. The manager, Charlotte, displayed egregious unprofessionalism-hiding in the back, berating employees, behaving volatilely toward customers, and even preparing food without gloves while flies swarmed the pizzas. The hygiene is deplorable, the service abysmal, and the management negligent to a dangerous degree. Corporate must terminate Charlotte immediately, as her conduct is incompatible with her role. I will emphatically warn friends, family, and colleagues never to dine here until serious corrective action is taken.

This is by first one of the worst, if not the worst location ever. I've tried to give them my business on multiple occasions but they seem to let me down every time. One day I tried to order some of their cheese puffs before work for lunch. Mind you, I placed my order 45 minutes in advance. When I arrived they said that they weren't ready. I just left. Also there were 2 other times including today that I placed the same order for 3 boxes of cheese puffs. Both times the orders were wrong. I make sure to repeat myself when ordering just for confirmation but they still get it wrong, and on top of that if you pay with a card, it takes a few days for your money to be refunded. Smh. I'm done with them. I've never had this issue in the burbs.

The little Caesars on Livernois north of 6 mile should be closed down. I wouldn’t feed that trash to prisoners or homeless people. The manager is poor attitude everywhere and the food was nasty and a horrible piece of burnt on the top and Crust was raw.
