It's amazing how bad everything about this location is. My pizza has like a full 2 inch crust on half of it. Like half of the toppings aren't centered somehow. There's barely any pepperoni on it. It's burnt. It's overcooked. It isn't cut to where you can tear off slice without recutting it. They don't have change in the drawer. They don't have the spice packs. They don't que up anything but the basic hot and ready. It's dirty. For a 2 minute experience, wow.

There is a woman who works here and is by far the most unprofessional, unpleasant person I've ever experienced at a restaurant. She yells at customers and coworkers, I witnessed her give a man his $9 change in quarters after receiving a $5 from the previous customer. She also mocked the customer while giving him the change. She used profanity and was overall disrespectful to everyone who entered the lobby. Will never return! The pizza was not cut through and had far too much sauce. Worst experience ever!

Little Caesars Pizzas employees are really ghetto they do not have customer service they do not have the pizzas ready on time you go in to place an order you have to wait 1 hour or longer this is unacceptable and I'm not speaking on one Little Caesars I'm speaking on all three that's on West Seven Mile clean those glasses inside of Little Caesars you have to talk to the cashier through a glass that you cannot even see her it's so nasty please do betterParking: It's always parking

The light skinned young lady with the fade working the register on 3/22/24 around 4 pm should be working in the back fixing pizzas or something. She needs to be trained on customer service her tone and attitude was deplorable. I will not return to this location again get her some training or loose your customers

The customer service is HORRIBLE!! I walked in on the Manager on her personal phone saying she “would kill everyone”!! I asked the young man for a FRESH pizza expressed I didn’t mind waiting. Got my pizza and it was OLD! Told the young man that I wanted my pizza FRESH and asked for it to be made I’d wait! She jumps in “THEY ARE FRESH”!! I told her not to my expectations and I would like just like refund. She then goes to back cursing being disrespectful. This place NEEDS a Regional Manager to visit this location customer service is HORRIBLE! We in the University of Detroit Mercy area deserve better staff, service and food!
