This is by far the worst little caesars ever. I don't recommend this place to noone. They need to be shut down. The employees are rude & have a smart mouth

Absolutely horrible. I ordered at 4:30- didn’t get my order until 6:00. AND ALL I ORDERED WERE 2 CRAZY PUFFS. And the fact that they didn’t even deliver until 5:55 is crazy.(I live 15 minutes away from where the Little Caesars is) So anyway, got my food late, and it was undercooked. Honestly, the best Little Caesars is on the eastside because why is my food undercooked? I totally would not recommend.(end of message)

Staff very unprofessional. Location says it closes at 10 on the app but says it closes at 9 in the window. The staff was so unprofessional they wouldn’t acknowledge me thru the window. I placed an online order that said it was ready through the app at 9:40. I pull up at 9:38 and the doors are locked and the staff is just smiling thru the window.

The girl who work at the fenkell location around 8:30 pm was very unprofessional she was on the phone whole time. Two guest came in after me and she didn't take their order very rude
I’ve attempted business here five times. Successfully completed my transaction once.No they don’t have change for your 50 or 20 dollar bill EVER! Employees slack beyond belief and do not make orders in timely fashion. Supervisor is extremely dense and slow at making abstract thoughts. Food takes an average of 30 to 45 minutes to serve walk in customers. Very argumentative and lack positive environment for customers to get food.

Ordered online and paid at 5:02 pm, order status said would be ready at 5:35 pm - 5:41 pm. Food was not in the oven until 5:51 pm. Only ordered a veggie deep dish, crazy bread, and wings.Checked back on food around 6:15 pm employee said was just waiting on my wings.Watched other people get their orders that were placed after me. After talking to other customers and seeing their receipts showing the time they ordered.After finally being able to ask an employee about my order she went in the back and brought my order up.The food was cold and I didn't understand how I patiently waited. I was not rude or disrespectful.There wasn't an apology for the wait or offered a free item or some type of consideration.I would never order from the little Cesar's again.
