After living over here for eight months and being in a rush, I finally decided to get food from this location instead of going to the suburbs like I normally do.I placed my order on the app and after 30 minutes my food not ready. It’s been saying it’s in the oven for 25 minutes. The only thing I ordered was for cheesy crazy puffs!!! After 40 minutes and repeatedly being told every 10 minutes that is being boxed up, I asked for a refund. Because I wasn’t about to wait 20 more minutes I was not about to wait an hour. Meanwhile, everybody’s coming here after me ordering food and getting their food and leaving it and I’m still waiting. So once I ask for a refund now, she claims it’s ready. If the food was for me, I would’ve just gotten my money back, but since it was for my daughter, I went ahead and took it. I was gonna grab two hot and ready for my daughter friends to eat but by the time my daughter food was ready. There were no more hot and ready pizzas or breadsticks. I will never be returning to this location again.

The crazy Puffs are the best. I haven’t ordered pizza since they came out. Most times it’s a 15-20 minute wait for food. Over all I’m ok with things.
Terrible customer service !!! Do not recommend. Nobody told you to work there , if you don’t like the job get a better attitude and work somewhere else.

About 3 years ago it was horrible. Even last year. But the new manager is turning it around. They actually are hot and ready 😂. Depending on the time of the day and day of the week orders are out on time. A complete 360. The lady that works the window is great Lex I believe is her name. Great upbeat and puts the customer's needs first. The new store manager Marv is his name. is great and I always see him working with his crew. This store will only get better with time. Congratulations on the turn around because I used to drive 15 minutes away to get something. Thank you for changing for the better.

i hate little caesars especially this location. i ordered a cheese pizza and a triple meat pizza both with butter and parm and the girl behind the register gave me 2 regular hot and readys. when i brought them back and told her she gave me the wrong order she says “oh, i just gave you what was ready.” and when i asked her why would she give me that knowing it wasn’t my order she then proceeded to tell me that that wasn’t her job as if she is not literally standing behind the glass taking orders. someone else fixed it for me but that was silly af..
