Tells u that they only are taking online orders. Sometimes tell u that u can't order certain items. I guess they don't feel like making it. Wait time over an hour most days..... Call in and they're not open when they are supposed to be. So how are they confirming an order if they're not open. What a joke .......

I placed a mobile pickup order an hour ahead and when I arrived I was greeted with “unless you have a mobile order or door dash I suggest you leave” after saying I had a mobile order I was told that they gave it away to someone else prior to my arrive which was early might I add… they refused to remake my order or make anything close to the cost of my order because they were closing in 30 minutes…. Unbelievable

I could not believe as somewhere that used to advertise as a hot and ready to go could be run so poorly. It has been over 2 hours since I've placed a delivery and the phone is not answered when looking to cancel the order. The only saving grace is Little Caesars actual customer service line are good people and I was able to get a full refund.

The worst place ever in the history of pizza delivery!! I placed my order at 8 pm on 3/18/24 my delivery is still not here!! Seriously the worst place ever I don't even have the words to describe how pissed I am right now.. It's 9:37 pm and I still don't have my order yet my money has been withdrawn from my bank account!! Never again will I order from this store and Franchise! Little Caesars sucks!!

My husband gave up on delivering from here. He was assigned 2 orders, but along with long lines, overworked and overwhelmed personnel, he quickly surmised that A. He would be waiting an exorbitant amount of time. And B. The ratio of time spent/earned by that time would not be in his favor at all. He took the hit to HIS acceptance % to save his PTSD.Very very disappointed with Little Ceasars as of now. A Doordash representative showed up to acknowledge the issue and resolve it.

I never ever have a issue at this location. They know I'm a Chef and they always try to get my food right hot and fresh. Long as you are nice to the staff and place your order online it's way better service and it's faster no wait like folks who call in a order. I never had an issue here. Great job guys at this

GHETTO. they canceled my order 20 minutes before they were even closed why would you do that just incompetent and I know they took that pizza for themselves. You deserve to not be open ever again like what type time is yall on.

Me and my girl was doing doordashing here, and when I got there they told me it was going to be 10 minutes before the food was ready and so I had to sit out in the car and kick it. This one particular night there was a guy in the lobby that was waiting for his order but also had marijuana on him and he was trying to sell me on the marijuana and then a young lady's little girl came in the girl had pretty teeth and was young and this guy asked a little girl if she smoked weed and little girl with her pretty smile just smile a couple minutes later her mother came into the office and ask her daughter if she was about to mess with some drugs and her daughter said no but when the mother looked away the guy with the drugs slipped the little girl a bud of marijuana, and I told the mother about it on the way out the door. Protect your daughters out here.
