This location is horrible, I ordered on-line I went to pick my order up they said wrong location I showed the guy at the counter my receipt so someone else came and found my order, after waiting another 30 mins I asked about my order the girl said she don’t know, I asked someone one else about my order she looked and said it was not even in the oven. While I was waiting the guy behind the counter ( a worker) grabbed his food acted as if it was a door dash got in the car and left. At this point I just got a refund and left. I will be going to the other location on Outer Drive and Grand River.

I can't blame the employees, but the owners need to do better I stopped going here years ago; I don't no why I went today but I ordered my food at 5:27 p.m. I went to pick it up at 6:03 I didn't receive my food until 7:30 I couldn't get a refund so I had to wait. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for understaffing and over working their employees. You need to do better

Placed & and paid for an online order, I arrived at 8:30 on a Saturday, 2/10/24. There was a young lady outside sweeping the parking lot. Once I pulled in, she locked the door and stated they were closed. I advised that I had an online order, and she very rudely stated they were closed and to get a refund. Meanwhile, it looked like my order was on the counter. Unfortunately, customer service is closed, and I have to wait to speak with someone. Very rude & unprofessional, don't spend your money here. Even the parking lot was filled with tons of broken glass. She ran in so fast that she never completed sweeping.

This terrible service when I ordered my pizza they took almost 4 hours just trying to get to my house and then they canceled the order and then after that THE PLACE WAS SO RUDE TO ME AND I DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK???????Dont come here this is horrible
