Came in Friday about 40 minutes after they opened, my pizza had hardly no cheese on it! I don't know what it is with this place?!?!? Manager was cordial, the people in the back making the food whoever they are.... NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

Food was horrible!!!!! Cold soggy under cooked and then the staff had the nerve to be rude when I returned it and asked for a refund. Her response was we don’t have a microwave! I was hoping you had an oven. 1/1/26 5pm crew is the staff that will break a business. Good luck with those employees

The people that work here are the best. I have never been mistreated or experienced nasty attitudes. They will try and accommodate you for issues. They take a long time and you have to make sure they cut your pizza all the way or you will be cutting it when you get home.

If I could give a zero I would. I've been to many places for picking up food or getting it myself. This place by far is the worst. Came in there 10 minutes after I got an order from Uber, and they are over here taking care of everybody else's orders but mine wasn't ready and they said it would be at least another 15 minutes which means it was never even put in. But they sure as heck had a bunch of hot and readys ready. And then want to give the excuse that they just open but that makes no sense. If you just open then why do you have all these orders besides mine ready.

I started eating the order, but still disappointed, I decided to write the review I Placed an order online and paid for it. Arrived. Waited 10+ minutes due to their being 1 cashier and him servicing the food prep area and other customers at the same time. As I waited in line I had a clear view to the prep table. I saw a box of pizza sitting, unbeknownst to me, it was mine. It was sitting on the table even when I reached the counter.
I ordered pizza n sticks(should’ve been half pepperoni, and half bacon stuffed bread sticks).
I received a large pizza that was split between pepperoni only and bacon only. This pizza was cold.
That’s not what I ordered.
I think the staff is overworked and more staff needs to be hired or maybe a new person prepped my order?
I didn’t bother calling to report this mistake. what prompted this review was how cold the pizza was. Why wouldn’t they place it into the heater?? I won’t be back….

This location has good food, poor service, and always has a wait. The patrons can be a bit sketchy as well. I won't be going back. I ordered online and my food took 30 minutes although it stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived my food was ready, although the tracker stated it was still cooking. My food was warm and not hot which means it had been ready for quite some time. When they gave me my order I had to ask for the bread that I ordered. I would have to say it's a no for me in the future.

The cashier was rude no name tag I ask pizza puffs she showed me some that were burnt one was smashed. Then she said it would be 20 minutes before she could make some more. Her shirt was filthy.
When I arrived there were probably two people in front of me. I placed my order ( 2 pepperoni cheese breads and 2 mountain dews) and waited. Within 20 minutes the place started getting a bit crowded. That was fine. My issue was that EVERYONE THAT CAME IN AND PLACED THEIR ORDER AFTER ME GOT THEIR ORDER BEFORE ME! How was I one of the first people in there before the rush and the VERY LAST PERSON TO LEAVE!?!?! I was LIVID! Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!
