The young lady behind the counter literally came around from the back, after I had been waiting for several minutes, and looked me dead in my face and said absolutely nothing! Had I not said “hello” we’d still be standing there. This is why I don’t pre order. What should be standard customer service, has lost its way at this location. Do better.

Online order. Gave a 10 minute window when it would be ready. 30-40 minutes. It was 25 minutes past that. So, an hour for a pizza and crazy bread. Yeah, not great. While I waited for 30 minutes in a "lobby" with no chairs, there were never less than 7 other people waiting. Pretty much everyone was complaining. There was one girl running the register and boxing orders -- running her butt off. Thank you, whoever you are -- while 3 other people were just milling about, doing nothing. A guy who appeared to be the manager left instead of helping. When people complained about their orders taking so long, the people that were doing nothing would just turn around and walk away. Detroit deep dish pizza was fine. Crazy bread was garbage. Had to heat everything up when I got home. Needless to say, I have better ways to spend my time. 1st and last visit to this location.

Orders take entirely too long. They’re understaffed and could use constant management support. Anytime I place an order through DoorDash or in person, the smallest orders still take over 90 minutes. Unacceptable service and slow turnaround time.

This location deserves no stars the only reason i lef one is because u cant leave a review without one!!!!!!!!!!! NOT ONE for anything the customer service terrible. Manager tall guy with locs told a customer and I quote " I can refund your bread because its messed up but I'm not making it again! (mind you she's a senior citizen and had been waiting over an hour she had a pizza crazy bread and cheese bread i suppose from the boxes i saw) in a very demining tone and to add when he did decide to give the customer a refund for his mistake he decided to refund her WHOLE order tossed the receipt through the lil glass and went and threw her whole order in the garbage. This action was non provoked the manager was frustrated because he was under staffed and this I know because he kept repeating it and complaining when the customers would ask how long on online orders unpaid and paid and door dash and even to the point he told the lobby "IF IT AINT PAID FOR IM NOT MAKING IT!!!!! I waited over and hour that was placed online and to add when receiving my food the Italian cheese bread was old and dry and they again lied and said they came out the same time yet box was warm like don't lie the box was not fresh and to add when asking the cahier to add butter and parm handled the food rough as if i aske her much she was the worst experience at any little caesars in detroit very nasty and unprofessional!!!!! IM BACKED UP'! RUDLY MIGHT I ADD ....this was my worst experience from the cashier to the manager
