Ordered the crazy puffs for the second time but what I notice is that they are much small then from when they were first came out and very salty. If LC puts a new product out whu change the sz? I called at 8:40 pm and ordered pizza bites. Waited in my car for 20 minutes. The time i was told it would take. Go inside. Stand for 30 minutes before getting to the window only to be told they werent ready. She offered me some that had been sitting on the counter. I said fine. Because im tired of standing and very irritated and hungry. She comes back. They not pepperoni. They’re cheese. Now i have to stand in here and wait another 15 to probably 30 minutes. If i hadn’t already paid for them i would have left. The food only gets 3 stars because i love little ceasars. Just not this location on grand river and warwick.

Order #1045720 SERVICE AND FOOD WERE TERRIBLE!!! Tried to order online, site said error 3 times. Got to the location they stated you can only order on line.....how????? When it kept giving an error message. Downloaded the app placed order at 5:37 pm it is now 6:56 and I just got my food and it wasn't even hot. Wanted to return the food and get my money back but the children were hungry after school and after waiting so long we just heated it up in the oven. What a terrible waste of $40.00. Do better Little Caesars this is the worst experience ever.

It’s currently 11:15 AM and although the workers are inside they got the door locked and keep saying they will be open in five minutes that was 15 minutes ago.Windows filthy with handprints and so on.Absolutely horrible customer service I got toGet to work trying to get my son some lunch….I got to quit coming here no matter how conveniently located they are

Placed my order online since I knew the Crazy Puffs had the lobby and wait times jammed. Used the "Track Your Order" feature only for it not to be updated past "In The Oven" for over 45 minutes. I decided to go up there to see what the delay was only to find out my order has been just sitting in the hotbox. They only updated it online after I picked up the order. "Screenshot Attached" One of my orders included a 2-Liter pop. They stated they didn't have any 2-Liters left and could give me two 20-ounce pops. I told the cashier that 40 ounces doesn't equal to a 2-Liter so his compromise was to give me 3. Still not the equivalent ounce for ounce but I agreed because it was close enough. Manager rudely comes over and angrily says, "If we don't have any 2-Liters, just give the customer $3 dollars back. Three damn 20-ounces for a 2-Liter is ridiculous and we not doing that." FYI: 2 liters is around 67 ounces

This place is terrible! The employees have smart mouths, how you get mad at me for asking about my food when I ordered 2 hours ago?!? I showed up after 40 mins of ordering online and my food still wasn't in the oven. I was told 15-20 mins, 20 mins later I was told my food was still in the oven! I waited another 30 mins for them to tell me my food is still in the oven. So I requested a refund and all of a sudden my food was ready. I would not recommend and will not go back!
Take to long and I will not be never coming back there because they are 535 pm until 644pm and it takes more time to get the pizza done and then help
