Whoever they got answering the phone they need to change her immediately. I’m not sure why she is so rude. Then the pizza is always overcooked never again. This the 4th time having to return an overcooked pizza

Love the food but terrible customer service speed.. i understand things take time but when you have a lobby full of customers waiting to order and the staff is burning food and lacking multi tasking skills, then its a huge problem.

I usually order my food on line when going here and the food is always ready. The times when I go in the service is not great, but the service is quick and they are always trying to get everyone out in a timely manner.

A hit or miss pizza taste and quality here... One day you'll enjoy a nice cheese pizza. Then another night it'll taste like a pizza with inferior ingredients. No love and concern goes into the baking it seems. The service is either fast or slow. Rude lackadaisical energy. Depends on how the people behind the counter feel. I gave a dollar tip to be nice. But then I changed my mind to be fair... Get it?! This is one of those if you want a pizza real bad places. But definitely should not be you third choice.

I'm not sure if the older dark skin guy who works the register was drunk or under some type of influence but he couldn't keep up with customers orders, loosing them and making them wait forever to find it and just rude and definitely has an attitude he definitely created a hostile environment. I know this is a hood little Caesars so I'm not expecting five star service but I'm definitely not expecting to be attacked over asking for pizza sauce because an employee is incompetent and having a bad day...
