They Have You Waiting A Hour For Your Food, Than They Will Box Up Your Food, Put In On The Table, It Just Be Sitting There. And Not Only Do They Have You Waiting A Hour Or Long They Just Be In The Back Argument With Each Other While They Have You Waiting On Your Food & They Have Altitude Problem.

Horrible service. Horrible food. The staff just stopped making food and gave my DoorDasher whatever they wanted/had available after waiting over an hour. My dasher was reassigned as well because they were so behind on orders and making people wait forever.

I am vegetarian and this location online order site does not let you modify your options for veggie pizza. The staff on many occasions always end up getting my order wrong and giving me a meat pizza or not put it in at all.Then you'll have to wait in person another 25 mins when the order was put online! They mix up people's orders all the time.The staff does not listen during in person orders,there is no way to call in and make an order and online orders options are terrible for meatless customers because you can't modify your veggies.Terrible! Always check your order before leaving if you don't eat meat!

I haven’t had great service in along time with fast food restaurants. I can say that the gentleman Maceo was very welcoming, and polite. He took great care of me. The food was fresh and hot.

On February 1, around 8 pm, I went to pick up an order that I made online. I'm somewhat empathetic to those working there at the time. It seemed like this location was understaffed, low on supplies, and on top of that it was busy at the time. I had a pizza and 2 orders of crazy bread. I received my pizza and 1 order of crazy bread while I saw someone else receive crazy bread.Sorry if this review is petty, but I was told that I wouldn't be charged for the crazy bread that I didn't receive, and it appears I was charged for everything after I've checked my bank statements. I'm more than willing to remove this review if something is done to correct this.
