I had the worst experiencing purchasing a pizza at this Particular restaurant I never caught the cashier name however A customer should never have to get disrespected over there change back. So I asked for my money back altogether because I didn’t trust the food anymore. What a shame.

My first time at this location, they need to clean up! The door never been wiped down, full of fingerprints. The counter by the register was junky and filled with receipts. It didn't look to clean inside. The 3 meat pizza was delicious! My pizza was full of meat and cooked right. Very tasty.

With all due respect!!!!!! This place is horrible. Everyone is rude! I placed a $40 order that had wings with it. Wings tasted horrible made my son sick. Tried to call about a credit or refund nobody would come to the phone. After going in for a refund they were rude. Won't be going back with this type of service. Food is too expensive! To have to deal with lousy service.

This has the be the worst little Caesar’s place in Michigan and I’ve been to many because my children love the pizza! However, today I went into this store and not only did I have to wait 20 minutes to be served or acknowledged (even after placing the order over the phone). The attendant was super high! Talking on the phone after I knocked on the glass to be helped. The male cooking in the back had his entire front part of his underwear showing where I could see the seams! The high attendant had the nerve to say I wanted to cancel my order after I gave her my money. Then kept my change and did not give me a receipt. This incident happened today 8/30/2025 at approximately 3:45pm. You won’t see me back there again!

I went to pick up a lunch special around 11:30am; after waiting in the lobby for about 5mins with no acknowledgment, I yelled to the back to ask if they had any lunch specials. There were two employees visible and neither answered my question. The cashier non chalantly walks to the register and I asked again. She said, yes they do have some available. She proceeds to walk to the back and emerges carrying the bread used for the lunch specials, carrying them with her bare hands. The same cashier that handles money, using no gloves to carry food. There were zero lunch specials available bc her coworker “didn’t put any in”.
Worst customer service and a terrible representation of Little Caesars. The franchisee should focus on hiring quality individuals, not just someone with a pulse.
