Bad customer service overall. Second time coming and both times wasn’t acknowledged and took about a minute to get attended lastly they take forever to give what’s suppose to be a HOT N READY!!!

They need new managers here to turn this place around! Poor service, never have any pizzas ready and can never provide change! You have to have exact amount or card to pay. Totally defeats the purpose of “hot and ready”

worst little caesars ive ever been to. ordered ahead at 3:00 for a party for it to be ready at 7:45 and its 8:37 and theres no sign of my pizza. congratz you drove an introvert to talking to people to pass the time locals to the shop say they consistently wait an hour for 2 pizzas. bullcrap dont come here

When I went to go pick up my mobile order, I had already payed for it and they told me that they had no available order under my name. I had to show the lady at the register my order number, and name off my phone because she couldnt hear me the first time and didnt bother to hear again. After she gave me my order I notices that they had no gloves on while boxing my order.

Getting worse. It turns out that you already have to wait for the pizza that is supposed to always be there and they haven't accepted card payment for a while. And to close with a flourish, if you don't have the exact amount you have to pay, they won't sell you anything because they don't have change.

Online order was scheduled to be ready at 6:11. I’ve been waiting since 6:06 and it sounds like they just put my pizza in the oven. When I asked what happened young lady said she doesn’t know.
