On multiple occasions my delivery order has been taken from this location and I usually just deal with the BS and refund (which takes days to receive) then order again. However they let it happen again and canceled it on their own stating on the App that it was because I picked it up myself. I’m done with this store…

Poor customer service. I waited at the drive thru .while they sit and chat for 10 min and they had a hr to close. I’m beeping the horn. And they did not respond to me at all. Them Yns ain’t no good 😮💨🤦🏾♂️💯

My wings were hot and fresh. I really kind of didn’t want to get anything because the property upkeep is horrible. Detroit needs to start holding these business owners accountable, as they only concerned with making money and could care less about to community they serve! I forgot to take a picture of the lobby floor as it was completely filthy…
