I enjoy watching Red Wings Hockey, but I really don't understand all of it. Used to go to Joe Louis in the 80's, free tickets fir my self and my family for the auto dealer I worked for.
What I witnessed tonight was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. (I’m assuming he was a manager) a security guy in a white shirt and black slacks was SCREAMING at his employees. I was in line at the meijer doors and everything seemed completely fine until he came over, startling everyone who was in the VIP line and berating employees who were doing nothing wrong. I am shocked and disappointed that a venue that I like going to, would have someone like that working here. I have never heard anything like that before especially in front of paying customers. It makes the company look horrible. Not sure if anyone will read this, but this venue needs to reevaluate who they hire in positions of power.
Second time at the arena. Staff this last time was annoying. Not much excitement and not to eager to help find my spot this time. Steep seating so drink too much!!!
Benson Boone concert was amazing!!!!! Our seats were perfect and we parked right across the walkway at Trinity Health Garage, expensive yet very worth it!
No smoking area and if you leave to smoke you will not be let back in. Trash.
State of the art venue, gorgeous concourse and atmosphere. My only complaint is how tight the upper bowl seating is in terms of legroom and the food/drink prices.
This is a review of the venue itself, not the event. The upper bowl seats are very high up and can be scary for people with fear of heights. The angle is more than other arenas. Also, the seats are quite uncomfortable. I would only go if I really wanted to see the concert, show, game, etc
Saw NIN in concert. Amazing arena set-up. Easy to see at any angle.
Great concert experience
I was attending the Big 3 basketball game, and met Ice Cube's son!
