Cool vibes for the most part but the customer service is terrible. We sat down to order food and the waitress never came and when I got up to go get her she said she'd be right over and never came but passed by numerous times. Seems like the staff cares more to be apart of the crowd than to serve

Came with my mom’s for her class meetup. Couldn’t even get in. They’re losing out I’m 25 and have not been denied entrance since I’ve became legal.

I love this place always great music and vibes. Food is good. Bartenders are always sweet and full of life! The only issue I have is the female security guard multiple times I’ve been there and she’s been nothing but rude and irate. For instance before stepping outside I had asked the male security guard was it ok if I stepped outside and grabbed my cousin she was having a hard time locating me he said I was fine to step out. I had left my purse and everything in the bar with an individual that I came with. Upon walking back in the female security guard gave me a hard time said I had to have my ID checked and everything I explained to her what happened and why I didn’t have my purse and she denied my entry although I advised her my purse was left inside the bar. I had to “sneak” in from the garage. She was very unwelcoming and rude and this isn’t the first time. Also the AC was out a few times I went so it was hot. Had they had ac and the lady security guard was not rude I would definitely give 5 stars!

My friend and I went tonight. We walked in we were greeted by a lady. At first wasn’t sure if she worked there or not… we sat at the bar for a good while. The two bartenders never acknowledged us AT ALL…we got tired of waiting. It wasn’t even crowded. We never received menus or anything. So we left.

I have an issue when I try to support a black owned business my people don’t acknowledge us. Then get pissed when they don’t get a good tip or get tipped at all. It was disappointing.

My friend said every time he passed this place it looked like a cool spot. When I walked in the music was cool and the aesthetics. But THE SERVICE LACKED.
