I called 4x the first time I was put on hold they got back on the line said hello and hung up on me. I called back 3x before deciding to have to drive further for food and kept getting told to hold on and the waitress never come back to the line.

Miss the old owners..this new management needs work!! I called it wasn't "Lon's Coney" or nothing the young lady put me on hold for about 5 minutes while she took orders from the people inside the establishment. I hung up! Training the staff properly would be much appreciated!!

I've been coming to Lon's since 1995, and this review is only based off of my visit a few days ago. That new 24 hrs staff is horrible the cashier got my order wrong and the fries were barely cooked
I only like coming at certain times since they became 24hrs. I literally ordered the skillet and they cook they had didn’t cook it right. Makes me not want to spend another dollar there. They need to train everyone there who becomes a new hire and study the menu. My whole skillet was missing the cheese, the bell peppers and onions. All I had was meat, eggs and hash browns. I gave my food away. Definitely NOT satisfied.

They have high prices for mediocre food. I ordered a breakfast with 3 meats, hash browns, a side of grits and toast. The toast was barely toast but more like stale bread, there was NO meat at all in the breakfast. Needless to say, eating grits, hash browns and toast is not very appealing. If I VOULD eat eggs, it might have been decent.

If I could give ZERO Stars I would, order a grilled chicken pita..chicken was burnt, they put the lettuce and tomatoes and cheese on the bottom, when I called they said that's how they do it( but ive been there before)..so of course when I attempted to pick it up it broke..from the wetness of lettuce and tomatoes, again when I called ..I was told that's how they do it, $11 sandwich only, for a burnt soggy pita...unacceptable..highly not recommend..of you guys have a new cook..get rid of them,
