We started off with sitting at a table that was too small so we moved to a booth our server did not speak English so she really couldn't help us out with the menu the food was horrible but I still gave them a chance upon my leaving I use the restroom which was disgusting the toilet didn't flush trash overflowing my waitress walks in the bathroom and I said oh my y'all need to really clean this bathroom and she shook her head and agreed I walked out and left I won't be back I should have taken photos but I just got the hell out of there

Horrible service they charged me 2 times extra and wont give me my money back saying that isn’t their problem saying to call the bank when they clearly charged me in the restaurant, made me wait 4 days saying they’ll solve it to just say they won’t give me my money back.

Love the food here. Everything from the menu is good. Used to love the homemade tortillas. The only thing I would suggest is to train a bit better the waitresses, I see different ones every time I go and sometimes they don't know the menu.

The worst Mexican food I ever had. Salty rice, burned tortillas on burrito & the steak inside was ineatible. Plus the place smelled bad on entering. One waitress did not speak English well and needed to bring another waitress to help her.
Was in there for 15 min and no one came to the table. They were slow so why not already bring chips and salsa after you dropped off they other 3 tables food. “Ya se va” si me fue por que no maches Al menos dame un vaso de agua mientras espero a la mesera.

I had chicken enchiladas for lunch today. Very good. But when I finished I had a peice of metal in my mouth. I showed it to the girl when I paid my bill. She did absolutely nothing. I'm sorry but I will never return to this restaurant. Apparently they just don't care if the food has metal shaving in it.

Los Altos has great food, great service and decent drinks. I would give it 4.5 stars because of these reasons. You won’t be disappointed and will be happy with the amount of time it takes to get a hot meal. I’ve being going here for years and they’ve always been consistent.
