The wait is ridiculous don’t even say sorry for the inconvenience and the crazy part is I work in fast food if you don’t like your job quit

I had a very disappointing experience at this Lou's Deli location today. I placed my order in advance, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. However, I still had to wait after arriving. Rather than waiting in my car, I chose to wait inside the store.
While waiting, I witnessed the cashier give my order to another customer. That customer proceeded to go through my food. Once the cashier realized the mistake, she quickly retrieved the bag and placed it back on the counter, clearly hoping I hadn’t noticed what just happened. I had to point it out to her—she knew she was caught.
I then asked for a refund, but no manager came out to address the issue or offer an apology. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service at this location is unacceptable.
I strongly recommend that the staff be required to undergo customer service training to improve their business conduct and professionalism. No customer should have to go through an experience like this.

The cashier here was unbelievably rude — she was on her phone the entire time, talking with it practically up her nose, and acted completely annoyed just because I asked a question. They still had two hours before closing, the door was open, but she told me they were closing now with a nasty attitude and wouldn’t even answer what time they normally close. This behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable for any business. I strongly advise people to avoid this place until management replaces her with someone who actually wants to serve customers.

The sandwich had 1 slice of meat on each bread. The manager Micale or whatever he said! He probably lied about his name was Very rude would not let me talk and would not replace the sandwich. Do not go there. $20 wasted

I’ve been eating here for over 30 years. I know prices have increased for everyone but that quality is lacking! There’s simply not enough meat to bread ratio. If you’re gonna raise the prices, don’t skimp the customer!
I ordered a dinty moore on toasted rye. The sandwich was very wet at the bottom to a point it fell through the wrapping paper. The lettuce was a little brown. The sandwich was wrapped so tight that the toothpicks ended up on the sandwich that I bit into the toothpick. Don't recommend.

Was back home visiting and couldn't wait to go to Lou's Deli. They didn't disappoint. The sandwich was good, not dry, and now they give you 5 sizes to choose from. Awsome. The place hasn't changed since I was a child.
