I paid for 3 cornbeef eggrolls with swiss and coleslaw added. These eggrolls were basically empty with barely any meat inside. This was not worth my money ($6 a piece) and I'm extremely disappointed. I'm wondering if this is the standard when customers order delivery since they are not there to check their food. A complete waste and horrible customer experience.

I got to restaurant at 9:05p as I was walking in it was a guy walking out it was another guy ordering and a couple waiting on their order when guy was done I was rushed to place my order I ordered a super counterman I sat down to wait the couple got their order a few minutes after they were gone the cashier got my attention to give me my order when I tried to give her my ticket she waved her hand not wanting it I got to work to realize I was giving the wrong food I've been calling since I noticed it phone is busy how is this going to get resolved

I haven't visited this location in a long time, I visited today and its still great, I got the corned beef with the coleslaw on it, OUTSTANDING!!! Highly recommend

I had a very disappointing experience at this Lou's Deli location today. I placed my order in advance, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. However, I still had to wait after arriving. Rather than waiting in my car, I chose to wait inside the store.
While waiting, I witnessed the cashier give my order to another customer. That customer proceeded to go through my food. Once the cashier realized the mistake, she quickly retrieved the bag and placed it back on the counter, clearly hoping I hadn’t noticed what just happened. I had to point it out to her—she knew she was caught.
I then asked for a refund, but no manager came out to address the issue or offer an apology. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service at this location is unacceptable.
I strongly recommend that the staff be required to undergo customer service training to improve their business conduct and professionalism. No customer should have to go through an experience like this.
