small, very little variety of food

Limited selections on beverage and food. Does not allow outside beverage or food. I understand the policy however completely disagree when their in house coffee machine is out of order. Supervisor was extremely unhelpful, just referenced policy and did not think logically or for themselves. Really makes me question how Lufthansa treats employees. Delta had same issue last week( Broken Coffee machine) and I was giving gift cards to Starbucks. When you can’t provide basic lounge items, supervisors should have latitude to think for themselves and solve problems by making exceptions. Sad showing from supervisor and company overall.

Noting I came around 7:15am on a Saturday, so during Priority Pass hours.
Fairly uninspiring lounge. I guess it's obvious they have no competition in the terminal. Mediocre food selection and the bathrooms were dirty. Quiet and reasonably comfortable. Staff cleared used plates quickly.

It usually close early as 7:00 pm and didn’t have enough food for later departure customers.

They offer a hearty lunchtime menu of watery soup and croutons! Otherwise, Zingerman’s is right outside of you want some food and plenty of seating.

Would leave 0 if I could. This lounge has almost nothing to eat at 7 AM in the morning. Only bagels and apples. Disappointing.

Most disgusting lounge ever!! My dog eats better food than this lounge.

Nice experience so far. However less options on food items, but plenty to drink.

This is the only Priority Pass eligible lounge in the airport, and as I was not flying the big 3 there was no other options for me. This is a small, cozy lounge with a limited but good quality alcohol selection available.

Food was pasta, salad and chips. Acceptable, and the selection of juices and soda was fairly decent as well. Staff was courteous, but the lounge was incredibly busy, likely due to no other options and the space is quite small for an airport of this size.

Still, the staff did the best they could do, and the experience was not bad by any means. Much better than being in the terminal at the gates.

Check-in took a few minutes due to there being a line out the door, but the front desk managed the flow well by only allowing the same number of people in that were leaving to ensure available seating for those coming in. Excellent!

Once some additional lounges become available in the terminal, it should alleviate the overcrowding at this lounge. All in all it was a positive and relaxing experience.

Overcrowded. Many empty trays of food for a busy lounge. The front desk had no idea about how some Lounge-key members through Credit Cards don’t need a QR code or a separate card. I even have to tell the guy he just has to tap my credit card or put the credit card number as the membership numbers. I would say at least he tried and worked but he was dismissive saying I can get a bill. I had to tell him I have unlimited visits and even show him my membership on the app.

Nice lounge and friendly person greeting at check in. Nice that they have a bar where you can serve yourself. Would be a 5 star review but the staff left almost all the tables full of dirty dishes and didn’t come around to clear anything. There were plenty working, just hiding in the back. Also the food was mostly empty and not replaced. There was some soup but no bowls for over an hour. No hot food the whole time we were there.

Just visited the lounge. The food is all vegetarian,. And everything was empty, I had to wait 10 minutes before they start refilling. Also, all types of coffee was finished, No one even bothered to refill coffee machine.

Great place to spend your time waiting for your flight. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the food is amazing! We had a great time and will be back whenever we have our next flight from DTW.

They left this lounge in the 90’s and not in a good way. Nothing business about it, I’d rather sit on the ground in the hallway than be in this lounge as everything looked dirty.
