I’ve visited Lufthansa Senator’s Lounge before, so expected better than this. Maybe it’s only Lufthansa in name, and United run, which is why we were able to access it without an international ticket. I digress… Staff at the front desk was friendly, but everything else is disappointing. The food choices aren’t many and underwhelming as well. Dirty dishes and glasses were covering many of the tables. Overall, great for not sitting at the gate and it appears the booze...
Crowded and stuffy. Food selection is subpar. Receptionist could use a more cheerful attitude and be more efficient. Decided to step out after 2 minutes to get some fresh air. Doesn’t come anywhere close to the LH lounges in Germany.
Definitely check the lounge for yourself. The hours were wrong but I decided to check it out anyway and I’m glad I did. They were open with no wait so I walked right in. Before my arrival when I checked out the lounge the app mentioned Covid protocols with masking so the info was old.
